Initially loved the app - enough to buy the pro version. But they lie about there being an altitude function, and this was too much! This free version is decent enough, in that it has a compass that works - so use this app. But don't fund fraud! Do NOT purchase the pro version unless you like throwing money away.
Easy to use. Great while driving
I'm going on a long car trip to the California coast from the middle of USA. I generally am the only one in my family to know North from South, but on a long trip and especially at night, I'll know zip. I will use Google Maps, but the cardinal directions don't really work unless you are moving. So this compass will be especially useful when, say, I'm parked at a hotel or restaurant or gas station and need a quick confirmation of my bearings. ☆☆ Reccomend the PRO version to enable dark mode! ☆☆
I can see the dial moving, but shows North in all different directions in my apartment. With wifi and data, presumably this is the place it should work best. Anyway, so doesn't work at all.
Love it! Clean, simple compass. Has the feel of a "real" compass. Gets me out of "spots" while I travel. A real help since I have zero sense of direction. Super easy to use & read.
It does what a compass is meant to do
I have down loaded several compass apps and this is the first one to indicate North. Some didn't indicate at all and several were 90 degrees out. Not very helpful!!
Simple user interface, easy to use, stable and not a resource hog. Wish Android came with a compass app built in like this one.
Seems more interested in reading the tilt of my phone rather than any directional function. Don't know about you, but for me it's trash.
wish it had a level component. needs to be calibrated often. generally lack confidence in its accuracy.
just downloaded and love it so far. Really love that it shows address and that if you click on the address it takes you right to Google Maps!
dorsnt quite align correctly on due south or north , and yes i have calibrated my phone a mumber of times. However it is mote accurate than others I have tried.
Good, but very sensitive. Used it only once so far, and the compass keeps shifting +/- several degrees.

grossly inaccurate, hardly changes orientation even as you do a full 360 degree turn.
accurate and does not need wifi or cell data. also shows magnetic signal strength and accuracy level

Excellent. Do the tilt, rotate and wobble to calibrate the phone and Compass works superbly. .
I downloaded 4 apps from the top of the listings. This one is the first one that worked and worked well. Very nice! Thank you!
It has helped me get my bearings in new or strange places. Especially since people will say i.e. "head south", or "go west on Main", etc.
The app seems to require an accuracy check and reset everytime the app was deployed. Otherwise, app was simple to use
Better than most compass apps. I will see how this one works out. I've deleted several, so I have to give it time n let you know know more later.
I like this app, it seems pretty accurate. Wish you could snap a picture of the direction you get.
Love using the compass when we camp and the attitude feature when traveling through mountain ranges.
I have no way of knowing whether the accuracy of this compass is off. But the app is so cleanly designed, I don't find myself questioning this during use! It's only laying in bed later later that I realize my trust is blind. Well cut your eyes out, because this is a nice compass (probably)
