Compass 54 (All-in-One GPS, Weather, Map, Camera)
It shows sun and moon azimuth on the compass, just turn it on with the button. It is using astronomical algorithms to calculate the azimuth with your current location and date and time of a day.
Following a particular bearing is easier too. Just tap on the compass to set a particular bearing and the app will then draw a red arc around the inside of the compass circle to indicate how far you’re deviating from your set course.
Compass 54 has a powerful map with a lot of functionalities. Different map types, SMS or share your location with any app, search any place, move the cross pointer on the map and get the name and coordinates of the location.
Photo camera with night mode enhancement and 30x zoom. The name and full information about the location will be placed on the taken photo.

Brimming with information that could be useful and fun. Performance matches well with the website's claims. Then I compared my directional reading with that of my wife's compass. Hers is identical to mine, being downloaded and identically configured by me on the same day. But when the two compasses are held in either the right or left hand, respectively, while walking as true north as one can (i.e., their respective headings and vectors are comparable), they differ by ~10 degrees. Hmmm.
I'll gladly change my review if someone affiliated with this software replies to my issue. The current readouts I'm receiving are incorrect, however I am continually getting a popup stating it needs to be calibrated, which is fine, however nowhere on that popup does it instruct you on how to do that, normally I wouldn't have a problem with that but I've clicked every button in this app and nowhere is there anything affiliated with calibrating this app.
The great thing (All in one app for adventurer, plenty of info, Smooth compass movement animation, 30x zoom what is this sorcery...?, Know where the sun and moon is (in case you need to perform some magic)) The why... thing(no Landscape phone orientation, paused on split screen (8.1.0)). Some suggestion aside from the why... thing (Widget maybe, an option to show only the info/compass on split screen mode) Overall this is Great apps, will continue to evaluate for a while before purge all the ads for eternity
The UI is good but I have brain damage to figure out how to pay to prevent apps. and also the splash screen is not necessary because it adds delay in program startup.
I don't use it often, but when I do.. it works. it's easy to use, there's no calibration needed and it shows the analog dial and digital position, elevation and speed if you moving. I like it and recommend it.
Does what it says. Quick and easy to use, everything on one page. More accurate indoors than other compass apps. Haven't actually used this while traveling but works just fine around the house. Many useful features.
very handy, accurete mph, fast weather check, at the touch flashlight, as well as a helpful navigating tool. Too many other features to mention, really, you need this app. l wouldn't want to be with out it. Thank you compass 54 ( all- in - one.
Seems excellent but I can't calibrate it. I shook and twisted my phone on all planes to no avail. Please help. I really like the app and will be glad to pay for the ad-free version if I can calibrate the app.
The compass is an excellent tool for Lunar and Solar orientation, but, I wish it had the Local & UTC Time embedded in the compass like a time clock. It will be very helpful to be able to know the real live Star Time. Pease, keep improving, it. Thank You Very Much!
I am still learning and exploring what Compass 54 is able to do, but my impressions are favorable. There are a variety of features that make it a very useful tool. After becoming more experienced with it, I will give an updated review of Compass 54.
Great App! The compass toggles between true and magnetic north and can show sun and moon directions. There are also map, weather, flashlight, and camera functions. GPS coordinates print on the photos.
It does everything a good compass should do. Easy to use. Great Graphics. Simplicity is a real asset! There are not many apps that I give out 5 stars too, but this one deserves it
Useless! #1. Gives wrong compass direction when phone is verticle. Has to be flat, screen facing the sky/ceiling to work. It was calibrated… UPDATE: I'm using camera mode, the phone is pointed 230° SW toward a mountain. Why is it showing me 90° E? The phone is vertical, bcuz it needs to be, while using Camera mode. Right? )
Best app for true coordinates and easy to use. Saves me from having to take note on the pictures by having the option of naming the picture everytime you take it. Love it.
everytouch generated adds popup that's even it's free but guess it was too much over the line,personally doubtful to purchase as experience was already not so good with past similar behaviour stuffs,otherwise good looking app.
I install thinking of the beauty design and dislike immediately because only works with all permissions. it's would be work just for the functions we allow permissions. Anyway it's a great job and free that's deserve six stars.
This software has all the features I wanted in a compass/GPS package, plus a few nice additions. And I find it easy to navigate.
This is an absolutely marvelous compass all one! I know and NAV and their product is well written! Those few that may have written slightly negative response about this app needs to work everybodies and then make your comment.
Searching for app to measure bend at my plant. I got plumber & verticality measurement in many app, but failed to find an app which could measure angle of bend on horizontal plane. At last I got it within this app using bearing angle and subtracting those reading afterwards.Furthermore, I request you to incorporate (i) verticality measurement at the same screen.; (ii) protractor & plumber line in other screen and (iii) reading lock optn (iv) setting menu. it would actually be a VERY good app if I didnt get an ad everytime I touched the screen... ik devs need to make money but they got it set on greedy-mode.... the ads just really make the compass not worth the hassle

Great app but the coordinates don't really match with Real GPS coordinates.. also, I wish the next updates could include the option for UTM coordinate systems.
Good potential of an app, but as another reviewer correctly pointed out, you pretty much need to hold your phone horizontal to the ground to get the correct compass reading. Otherwise, if you lift the phone upwards so you can simultaneously see the horizon, the compass quickly changes the readings to a much different direction. Happened in each of the different modes. I've seen this issue in some other compass apps. Some apps get it right and some don't.
