App doesn't work. Can't even get it to open. Crashes every time. The one time I did use it (years ago) it said a doctor was in network, I went to that doctor and later got a bill because they were out of network. The info was not accurate on the app.

Update 6/27/21 Still does not work. Does not work on the Samsung S10+. Crashes upon start up. Update 5/23/21 it's been a year and a half and the app still does not work.

I have no idea if this app is good or not? I downloaded it through my company email to see about my healthcare providers. It won't even let me register. My vote... "GARBAGE". Don't advertise an app to make using your service better if the stupid app/and or website it's run by, doesn't work.

I have a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ and the app will not load on my phone. It shows the logo then immediately closes the window. Completely useless.

It just keeps crashing without opening. I've reported it several times, and it doesn't seem to fix it

how is this app helping anyone when you don't allow them to add insurance information? How are you able to tell me what's in & out of network without it! I hate the United States healthcare system.

This app doesn't work. Links don't work and it gets stuck in loops where clicking on a doctor makes me log back in. The opposite of useful.

I downloaded this app and when I open it or should I say try to open it I get nothing but a grey screen.

Honestly, I'm healthy as a horse. So why do I need this app? Because I'm smart. Imagine: Einstein had an app to help him discover relativity; Columbus had an app to help him discover that folks already lived in the Bahamas. What sort of world would we being living in? A freaking awesome one. But Einstein, Columbus, they weren't smart enough to get an app. For you and me, finding a "healthcare professional" who fits my criteria (Ivy-educated only please) on this app is as easy as floating down the river with a six-pack. (Do not operate heavy machinery under the influence of alcohol.) The long and short of it is, I am smart, and you can too.
