Like the others have stated, this company is a joke! Really surprised Costco still has their name attached to something this bad. For type of sensitive information we're handing over to monitor for us they don't even offer basic 2-Factor Authentication for login security. SHOULD be using an Authenticator App but one step at a time I guess. If everything else is this bad I don't trust they can keep our information secure.

What's the point of the notifications if you get there's always an error communicating with the server? This app is total garbage for something so important. It's unbelievable no one ever tests what they create. If they simply try to use the app the way people do they'd see these types of bugs. I'm considering going with a different monitoring service.

Great app for monitoring your ID and credit. Can lock your credit as well.

can't sign in, was locked out, reset credentials, still can't sign in. uninstalled twice and still can't sign in. telephoned CompleteID, followed instructions and still can't sign in. I was told my S10 has the required software and therefore, it was a Playstore problem. Does that make sense to anyone? phone app is crucial and must work in a reliable way always!!!! it doesn't work using Note 9 either. wondering if anyone cares. Costco must know, this is unacceptable.

I just joined this service and the website claims you can download our app and sign in securely with your fingerprint on the app. I downloaded the app despite all the negative reviews. I was able to login with my password but my password is very complicated per their recommendation so I want to log in with my fingerprint but there is no option to do this on the app once you're enrolled. I called complete ID to tell them about this and they didn't know anyting about the app or how it works.

By far the worst app I have seen. *edit* finger print authentication is fixed. However, Right after you log in, it keeps erroring out and giving random messages about server connection. Considering consumers have to pay monthly for the service there is no excuse for such a pathetic application.

This application is amazingly horrible and unfit for use. It constantly tells me I have new alerts when they are the same old alerts and refuses to allow me to delete them. Next to no functionality. Thinking of canceling the serve a day after enrollment due to how bad this application is. I just don't feel safe using it.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I've had the app installed for less than 24 hours I'm done with it. The app randomly opens and asks me to login, or tries to scan my biometrics. It just did as I was typing this review. If you don't force close the app it will continue to do it at random. And it just did it two more times. This app is beyond frustrating. For such a large company with a lot of money, you guys should be ashamed for putting out something so poor. Uninstalling this now.

Provided need info but no fingerprint login option inside app. Earlier i sas able to use fingerprint login by default(app never asked to setup), but after recent update its gone. Every app out there has this feature. Pls bring back that feature.

App busted AF. Service itself seems 'ok' at best. Found my email address in dark web, but it blanks out my ALREADY COMPROMISED password so I can't identify what site it belongs to. I have a different password for everything so I'm not about to change 300 friggin passwords. I'm logged into the app already, try being helpful

The app mostly works for me. But after the last update, it won't shut down after opening it. Forces me to restart my phone. This needs to be fixed.

The new rewrite has a new feature...no way to view my credit scores anymore, from my credit monitoring services. You had a terrible app before but managed to make it worse. Congrats.

I had no problems logging in. The app does what it says with exception of fingerprint log in. That I couldn't find to set up.

It keeps shutting down and i can't even use it. This is a subscription service and i pay for it every month but if is like this that i can't even open it, then why i have to throw my money away.

*New message*.... error communicating with server. It's not an app it's a bother. Going to cancel today. Costco normally does better workmanship than this garbage. Thumbs way down.

Application is garbage. Unable to properly log in after entering 2FA. It seems to be using the default browser but unable to run some .JS scripts.

Does not work....keeps shutting down at start up. Use to work. No longer works. I have uninstalled it reloaded it...updated it...still will not work. Why am I paying for this?

Service and app are a joke. Notification of messages and alerts went open. No way to act on anything. Look elsewhere.

Used to work, now wont load. says communication error. uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same. hope this gets fixed quick.

This app is HORRIBLE. service good, but the App constantly logs you out and at times won't even let you log in. desperately needs an update.

Keeps having a communication error. Wont load any information I only get 'The page could not be loaded' completely useless app.

Just installed and is working OK. So 3 stars for now provided I dont see the same problems reported by others I will revise my review. One question - does this app send notifications via my phone?

Offers a variety of reports and information on the next steps to take. When calling, customer service was quick to answer and professional. Recommended.

This app keeps crashing. I reinstalled it still the same problem.

Unstable app. At times wont open. Had to reinstall multiple times.

Kinda pricey for what it offers...

Will not close, continues to pop up until I go into settings and force the close. Kind of lame
