No Longer Works It used to be just fine, I was happy with the app. But I got a new phone, Galaxy S10, and everytime I try to log in, it says "Network Connection Error," though of course all my other apps have no issues. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling. I did some reading online and it looks like I'm not the only person with this issue. App developers will you look into this? Miss this app. Thanks
I love this app!! With its reminder texts or emails, I'm able to set a consistent schedule for my dosing. I like the symptoms notes so I can show my doctor which days I have issues and we are able to to see patterns in Flare ups and find triggers. It is user friendly and straight forward. The only downside is when I got a new phone the info from the symptoms notes did not transfer. Hopefully this can change in the future!
This app is great, but today I can't log in. Uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted phone, no dice. When I open it up it just sits at the pin screen with the status dots rolling, seems to be unable to connect to the server. I called the ambassador, totally unhelpful, so now I don't know where to do my shot this morning because I cannot get the data elsewhere.
This app was great. I used it even when I changed Rx, because this app was better than the others. Unfortunately, it stopped working--it won't allow me to open it. The company says there is a fix for that, but according to Play, I already have the most recent version and nothing shows up for this app in the Updates menus. So frustrated.
This has been a very easy app to use and has kept me on schedule with my shots
No pain...I used to use Enbrel and every injection caused pain...plus my joints feel soooooo much better with Humira
This app only needs to do two things: remind you when to take your meds, and make it easy to submit rebates. The latter is sketchy at best. Managed to submit one or two rebates, then it stopped working, just gives an error talking about how the BIN needs to be 6 to 8 characters long. Contacted customer service, and they threw up their hands and redirected me to a website to fill out rebates. Starting to wonder why I have this app.
This app is so helpful and easy to use. I love the reminders and ability to note the site of injection and all features of this app. It's like a secretary, and I don't have all the paper and calendar reminders, which eliminate the frustration of inevitable lost notes, etc.
Very Useful App. Provides Excellent Reminders. Uses significant memory and can not be moved to external memory! Please enable moving data and program to external memory on next update list. Everyone does not have a phone with large amounts of internal memory, but can add a SD card to expand available memory space.
I used this a while back and like most of the current reviews it was horrible with reminders and times. it would be great if there were services we actually needed there such as requesting materials to ship our Sharps containers. I was considering downloading it again but, it appears the same issues exist. What a sad waste of a valuable resource for Crohns sufferers.
Can't log in. Says email does not exist. Called the number it old you to call if there was a problem with the app, and the person said it wasn't their app and they couldn't do anything. They forwarded me onto an ambassador, and I only got their voicemail. Garbage app, poor customer service, and the "it's not my problem" ringamarole. Good thing they have a virtual monopoly or I'd seek other options.
There is a bug in the app, you can only submit 1 claim and then you have to uninstall and reinstall. Looks like it doesn't store the insurance info and then displays an error when you're trying to submit a new claim (saying the BIN number must be between 4 and 8 characters).
This app was working just fine until tonight. It won't open at all. I put in my PIN and it just stays in limbo. How am I supposed to log my injections??? UPDATE - Humira was prompt at responding to my issue. The app is working today. The issue has been resolved.
