Just wish the free version had a few more questions, but that's nitpicking. the app works well, the interface feels smooth, and the questions are relevant. An excellent application if you're looking for a little redundancy in your studying.
This is one of the tools I used to pass my Network+ last Thursday. Pretty solid app, however two of the answers I found were actually wrong. That's pretty good considering there is 600 questions! They aren't necessarily scenario-based like the exam, but a good study tool nonetheless. Worth the money. If it were scenario-based it would be twice as good. This is more of a "do you really know the material", not "do you know how to apply it". Great support team as well.
Purchased the premium version on iOS using my Facebook login. I'm not able to login the Android version using my Facebook account. I've had a back and forth conversation with the developer in the beginning of Sept. My issue is still not resolved. Not able to access my Premium content I purchased
I ended up passing on my second attempt. This app doesn't prepare you for the simulations; which account for roughly 30 percent of the test. What it does do is familiarize you with the acronyms you'll see (i.e NAT,DHCP, LDAP, FTP, etc...) so that's good, but by no means are the questions identical to what you'll see on the test. I feel like they could do a better job finding more relevant questions too. But If they put in some simulations problems this would be a 5 star program.
The pocket prep is pretty good but there's definitely questions that are absolutely wrong and there's no way to contact them about it. It's kinda frustrating when you think you know the answer, it tells you it's wrong and you flip through your other sources and find you were correct the whole time.
Paid for nothing. I spent weeks looking to restore services that I paid for. I contacted support multiple times and they told me to "contact them" after reinstalling the app. After doing so I am greeted with another clueless rep who tells me to reinstall the app. Ridiculous.
If you actually want to study then save your money and go elsewhere. More than 20 questions requires you to add them on social media, and even then all content requires Premium. I'd rather study myself and save money for the test.
There is no backup for past exam metrics and so I lost all my past exam histories to follow my progress. I have to restart all over again as new. You can also retake those past exams for memorization. Some apps allow their data backup on goggle account in case there is accidental data loss.
Question of the day does not render image if it references one. Sometimes the answer is always D for the whole 10 questions. If you could select questions based on subject e.g. wireless or OSI model that would be useful.
****no support back on why i can no longer use what i have recently purchased. they have just changed the pricing from fixed to service and i lose on whats already been paid. How can I retrieve what I paid for previously? I reinstalled and can no longer view paid content
I purchased the premium and love it but my only complaint is I've noticed all the right answers are always the choice. This needs to be randomized.
Good study aid as im still re-learning basic networking concepts from testout. I often use this app on trains to keep myself focused.
Great app, BUT, there's a 50/50 chance that every answer will be the 4th answer when you set up a test. Kind of defeats the purpose. Would've given it 5 stars if not for that.
it's not really free. you get 10 free questions then it wants you to pay 10-15 bucks to unlock the rest. depends on if they offer you a "deal" or not
I truly love the explanations they give. I don't feel discouraged for getting things wrong with this one. Practice really leads to more confidence with this one.
great so far but questions seem very repetitive and couldn't possibly reflect a realistic question pool. (free version)
Every answer on test exams is always the 4th option! Fix this please. Unacceptable I just paid 20 dollars for this. Requesting a refund. It is not helpful at all if every answer is the 4th option.
I love this app. I like the explanation it provides when you get the question wrong. It a great study tool if you plan on taking the exam.
So far the app is very convenient, and I like how easily accessible it is to change to up the questions to fit my needs.
No longer an app, just prompts you to install a different app, which you have to subscribe to get any real use out of.
It redirects you to open a browser. Its just a scam. I suggest you use other apps to get you ready for the network+ exam. This app is useless.
redirects to install a different app, that app is a paywall. this app is completely useless to install, dont know why they still wanna keep it on the play store.
Why is this app still available?? When you download it is says it is no longer supported and directs you to download a different app. Don't waste your time downloading!
App runs very well and seems to have appropriate content for studying and reinforcement.
Has Network N10-006 questions which will not be in the 007 exam. So, it gets confusing really quick.
App doesn't work it just redirected to another app. Don't bother.
it says 600 questions but i am recycling between the same 100 questions. i want a refund... this was not worth $20 and my money could have been spent better elsewhere.
Ive updated and Net+ only loads forever and I paid for it too. I cleared cache and restarted phone twice.
This app is brilliant. Well laid out and thoughtful. Has practice questions galore when you pay for the extra content. The biggest problem is that the questions, when you first go into it and do a quick practice of 10, are not randomised. Thus you can just keep choosing the right answer because it's in the same place each time. This is actually a really big problem because it's not helping you to revise. So despite paying for the content, I only used it for question of the day and the keep an eye on how many days to my exam.
