UI is frustrating, laggy and unintuitive. Very disappointed after paying for premium features. The 2019 UI/UX was free, very easy to read and navigate. Some negative UI feedback: * Navbar is partially covered by the Android OS UI top bar. Feels like a poorly implemented react native attempt. * Previewing brackets is extremely laggy, especially when zooming in and out. * Many features are hard to find. Example: why are followed players in the settings view? * Views often fail to load.

Full screen ads with audio are obnoxious. Bad enough with the small ones that litter every inch of every page but when switching to a different view a full screen ad pops up on the screen with audio blasting is TERRIBLE. I get it is an attempt to get people to subscribe to your service but I think I'd rather use an ad blocker on your unintuitive site just to avoid the full screen ads in the app.

Not sure what to say except. There needs to be a better way to keep track of matches played and games won. Because I know for a fact my games won is higher than shown. Whoever inputs the scores into CompuSport should be held accountable. When a ticket is scanned the person running the evnent should have to input the correct number of games won by each player right then infront of them. That way you are not relying solely on the integrity of another individual.

Edit: for awhile i hated this App, and wanted to delete it. (Kept because the league went paperless) I posted a review here about my frustrations for the payment process, and some other failings. To my recent happiness, the makers of this App did indeed fix the problems. A nice treat when i was dreading using it this morning. 3 stars for now, but hopeful for the changes.

Not user friendly. Takes forever to load. Over half of all the features are by subscription only. I use to be able to pull up the website on my phone, not anymore. This is an app I am forced to use due to leagues and tournaments and it is so hard to navigate. I'm already paying hundreds and thousands of dollars to play in these events and now you want me to pay you too. I don't even feel like if I did pay the app would work any better. It just constantly freezes.

Glad to see that this app is in even worse shape than last time I downloaded it. Now all I get is a series of errors, and can actually connect to any servers, so this app is 100% useless.

League system uses compusport to track leagues. But now app is locking most useful features of the old app like following other players behind a subscription. If they are doing a subscription it should be included for those that play in a league system that uses Compusport.

UI & navigation feel purposefully obtuse and restricted. No simple way to see team lineup with individual handicaps - takes a half hour of constant scrolling and reloading (and I'm in one of the smaller . Full page ads that automatically launch browser and app store are rude. Dev: why would anybody pay for this app? Legit asking. If you're going to try and ask a subscription perhaps you should make it seem worthwhile. As-is this app is very nearly as useless as the current PedOTUS

very bad user interface. reminds me of a geocities website from the late 90s. but it gets the job done😐 update: upgraded to a 4 star. even though the UI is very old school, the app won't drain your battery, and is a great tool for tournaments with large fields. The notifications are great and the app is easy to follow once you get used to it. I will say, the app is only as good as the administrator of the event

Hands down the most useless and hard to use app ever. It is so super confusing and essentially if you don't pay for it, there is almost nothing that is of use to you. You can't get notifications on anyone or find out who from your league is playing. Not to mention, the app looks straight out of the 80s with the graphics. I'm not sure who designed this but it is just awful.

This might be the worst designed app I've ever used. The interface is not user friendly. It feels like you need a degree in rocket science to navigate through the app just to find something as simple as the league stats. The older version of this app was so user friendly. I'd give this current version 0 stars if I could.

app is complete trash. you cant search for half of what you need. it doesnt resize for different resolutions. have a Galaxy 8+ and all the top buttons are nearly off the screen. There have also not been any updates since middle of 2017. Replies from reviews in 2018 say updates are coming in a couple of weeks but none have come. Sad no one is maintaining this like they promise.

The old app was good and easy to use. This new version is filled with ads and very difficult to use. I only use it because my league requires it. I certainly won't upgrade this. Now i can't even log into this app. It just keeps getting worse. Will try to uninstall it then start over.

The app worked well before the update. Now you want to charge me an app fee to access my own stats? No chance in hell. Extremely disappointed in compusport. The new user abilities went into the can. Whoever's idea it was to charge and withhold personal stats or stats in general taking a great app to chump status needs to change job fields.

Not impressed. Not easy to navigate. Not easy to switch to tournaments you arent part of. Not willing to pay money to get notifications of how friends are doing. Sticking with desktop version because its faster and easier to use.

The app is free to download, but there is a monthly cost to use the simplest options like player/team search. Their servers have been down for months and there is no customer support number/E-mail to contact on the login page. Can't login, can't contact customer support about not being able to login and all this for a monthly fee.

App works for a bit then won't load and and just returns to phones main screen. Noting will get it to load except uninstalling then reinstalling it. Very big pain when trying to shoot in tourney in Vegas and it's how they let us know matches and table assignments.

Difficult to move around page. Automatically pinned me and I dont play. Only watch the brackets for my husband. Which I have to pay for to watch where we did not when I originally down loaded it. Old app was way better. Didnt have to pay to watch my friends and family that play in these tournaments. New app sucks

Issue: Unable to sign in after linking my Google account in the website. This is on the version available on the playstore today. Unable to track friends (get notifications) without paying. I never look forward to using this platform when participating or watching friends in league tournaments.

Updates have kind of ruined the app. The search always defaults to the last tournament you searched. Can't even look at your own wall anymore. They need some serious changes. I delete the app immediately following an event as it is no longer user friendly.

This is very difficult 2 use. U open the screen than it refreshes itself difficult 2 open inthe first place than u get the message box of paste cut etc and cant get rid of that box and it interfers with score keeping. I do not like itat all

The app is good but unreliable. The servers seem to choke and it could be fat coding. At the time when people really want information....the system will fail due to heavy load.

Worst app ever. With every update, this app has gotten worse and worse!

This app was functional and worked well before the last update. The monthly subscription is a joke. Without a subscription I'm not able to select a league or tournament to see stats or brackets. I won't use this app anymore

I do not care for the updated version. It causes glitches on my phone. I delete it after each game and add it back on when its pool time. Bring back the old version.

I would give zero stars if possible. The new updated version of this app sucks. I used it for the first time today and when i went to report my score, it stayed on that screen. It wouldnt go back to my bracket. I had to try and figure out how to get back to the bracket. I basically had to close out the app and restart it. Once i did that I couldnt see my bracket or division i was in for today. I had to go through the place that was running the tournament and search for my bracket there.

Even with premium subscription you arent getting any more info or stats than the free version. And if you are curious, yes it keeps freezing and having errors with premium subscription too.

The update for 10/01/2020 completely ruined the app. Almost impossible to use now. In order to follow others or not see ads, you need to pay monthly or yearly subscription fee now. Thanks for ruining an app that wasn't broken.

Horrible. Bring back the older version! Much easier to use. You obviously know this and have nothing but bad reviews. How can you go this long knowing how bad this app is and not correct it for at least the players sake. Get it together. If not someone else will step up. You don't need to reply to me, just fix your problem.

Downloaded app. setup account then tried to log in and it doesnt recognize my password I just put in twice and was accepted when I signed up. Removed from my phone. Dont have time for this.
