Works great so far!! Very user friendly I'm in and out payments made within seconds. I'm also able to access features that show energy use! I think it's great for finding troubleshooting energy use issues.
Great App. Very convenient and easy to use. Fast way to pay your bill. Always seems to work well. Works good. That's all you can ask. And it's free. I rated the app 6 times. Everytime I use it, it asks me to rate it again Your app is great please stop asking me to rate it every time I use it...👀
Straight forward and simple to use. When paying with a bank account though, for some reason, after a day the app appears with a balance still due until it actually clears from your bank account. This is despite a confirmation E-mail having been sent for payment. This is misleading and I am aware it can take a few days to clear from my bank account, but the app should not show a balance due if a payment was made. Double paying is not fun. This is the only reason why im giving 4 stars.
The whole reason why I downloaded the app was to be able to send in meter readings quick and easy, but if you have an older meter it is NOT! Customers must manually enter the meter numbers instead of uploading a picture of the meter which ConEd allows one to do by email. Just allow customers the ability to upload a photo directly from the app. Not that hard folks...
Very easy to use, good interface. Paying bills is a breeze. Supports multiple accounts for the same customer. Good job! Updated: Oct 25 update broke push notifications. User is receiving multiple the "bill is ready" and "thank you for your payment" notifications multiple times per day for many days long after the bill has been paid. This is very annoying and needs to be fixed.
So far so good... has not been the greatest app in the past but seems to have improved. Holding out that last star until a little more time goes by without an issue.
Perfect I love this app very user friendly. Very to easy to pay your bill as well as view your bill.
The best, I just love it in how simple it is to used this application, I whished that others will follow this easy set up, it does not make you wonder how get what you want.
Excellent app. Fast and has everything that I need to pay my bill and readily view all my account information. Gets better with each update.
Their charges are ridiculous. For 2 months now I have been charged more than double of my monthly bills, even though there's no changes to my usage. So sad.
I cannot pay online. Not sure why, but this option allows me to pay easily. It is extremely convenient!
This app works very well.. I pay my monthly bill on it. Never have issues fingerprint always works.. sign on & payment very easy
The app crashes when tapping on "Manage" icon at the bottom. It's been a long time issue. User is unable, among other things, to report meter reading. So much inconvenience! Please fix it quickly. Otherwise, the app is good.
The app definitely very useful and was pretty much needed. It still have some things to fix, like allowing to remove old/canceled accounts and in-app customer support, but it helps a lot with payments, energy usage and service outage report. Overall, I think is a good app.
Simple and effective. After a year of using this, its the only way I review and pay Coned. Good job Coned!
Pay your bill and then so much more. I just wanted to conveniently pay my bill, but the app also provides so much additional information so beautifully represented visually (like graphs, charts, etc.) to help you understand and manage your our energy consumption and spending!
Best thing Con Ed could have done. I pay my Bills with a Click and forget the rest. Absolutely Love it
This app was useful when it actually displayed "usage". This feature has not worked for well over a month now. This renders this app less useful. It's in desperate need of an update. What was the point of the upgrade to real time meters, when I can't use this app for the real time usage or any other comparisons?
Easy to use app, i enjoy this app to make payments especially when im on the go. Have not experienced any technical difficulties as of yet ( downloaded a year ago). Quick to load page and make payments. you also have full access to your payment history and usage. highly recommend.

It takes long for the money to come out but the app is effective. Also having trouble with the finger scan since I manually changed my password. Other than that I like it. The letters and numbers are huge and all of the necessary info I need is displayed.
It's a nice convenient app good to check on my account payments are easy but one thing when it comes down to seeing the amount that you want to pay you can't see all of it do you have to guess I want the amount you want to pay that's the only problem they need to make it where payment is visible
Sometimes there are frequent maitanance issues and the app doesn't have the features available at random like the breakdown of the daily billing. However, as long as I can pay my bill and see the results for each month it's good enough.
Quick and easy way to view and pay your Con Ed bill. I wish they would remove my previous account. I recently moved and when I log in on the app my former account pops up as closed and I have to choose my new account. It would be great if they just removed the inactive account.
This update is MUCH better. It's easy and convenient to make payments and check my balances as well as check my payments made. It's just very easy to navigate. Now if I can get discounts like 20% off because its Christmas that'd be GREAT!
The app itself is fine but there's 2 features that would make it better 1. Auto pay- I have no way to set an auto pay with this app or even the website for some reason. 2. When I log into the app, it takes me to my previous apartment every time instead of my current residence.
I found Con Edison's app to be userfriendly and simple to navigate. Simplicity seems to be in the mind of the designer of the app, and it certainly paid off. I consider the app to be intuitive and well thoughtout. I enjoy the process of paying my bill, and get price shocked by my high energy bill in a simple to use way.
