How to Use Concentra Telemed
Before you start, make sure you have Wi-Fi or a strong signal. You'll also need a picture ID.
• Using your email address, sign up for a Concentra Telemed account. If you already have a Concentra Telemed account, select “log in.”
• Once you’ve signed in, click on an available care coordinator to start your visit.
• The care coordinator will check you in and ask some questions about your injury or illness.
• When they're done checking you in, you'll be connected with a clinician for treatment.
This app is intended for employees with authorization from their employer to evaluate and receive treatment for a work injury via remote provider, as available in areas where permitted.

The app worked just fine for me, the video from the other end was lagging the entire call but the sound was totally clear both ways. Not sure if its the app, my phone, wifi or the doctors office internet. Either way it was much better than going out to the office and exposing myself to potential covid patients.
I am really thankful for having this as an option during Covid-19. I need the physical therapy and we have had great connection through our whole session and ability to see and hear each other pretty good. We have had about 10 to 15 sessions that haven't had a problem that has been discerning. Thank you Concentra for having this as an option for treatment through this pandemic and thank you Brittany for dealing with me over the computer instead of making me come in. I really do appreciate it!
This was absolutely one of best apps I've ever used to telecomunicate. The wait time wasn't to long and the people are absolutely wonderful kind and understanding. Overall an excellent experience.
Met with my Doctor with excellent resolution and no latency or audio issues. I would highly recommend this application provided security and confidentially is maintained. 5 stars on the overall loading, ease of use and performance.
I Absolutely the ease and convenience of this way of seeing and speaking to a Dr. But the volumeof the call was horrible and there was nothing the nurse and Dr or I could do to increase it. The Dr even said the new version of this app made using a Bluetooth speaker worst. That made it a bit challenging but we got thru it.
Very good conept and the video/audio clarity is perfect. The app itself is okay. The wait times are insane and I know we are dealing with a pandemic at this time (over 2 hours on the app my first visit and 1.5 hours my second visit). You have to wait to see a care coordinator, then wait to see a doctor, and then wait to see the care coordinator again at the end. If the wait is over 20-30 minutes, there should be an option to get a call back. The care coordinators and doctors were great!
Absolute trash performance. I'm on my home network 50mb up & down, and the audio and video were horrendous. Might as well have just called.. Would have finished 99% quicker.
Quality was 10/10, the staff listen to all your details and are just overall friendly and very helpful. I was skeptical at first but it blew me expectations away and the service was an amazing experience to encounter.
All good. Out of my 4 visits we had connection issues once but worked through it until it was resolved. Every staff member has been completely professional and friendly.
Always friendly and super medically knowledgeable. I find the time I spend with a physician working from home in video appointments are more thorough and take the time to get all information from me. Also, my injury was viewable and my progress was quite evident. I only had to go to clinic for an x-ray and then was able to focus on my physical therapy twice a week which is where the real recovery was happening. My fave doctor is is Farzenah Maghsoudy. She is sharp and made sure I was cared for.
Wow this is so helpful. The video quality is great and the care coordinators/doctors are super nice and thorough. You don't feel rushed and they are extremely personable. I love this app.
Does not work . Carlos Muniz tries blaming it on my device or connection. When every other app has no issues. This is in fact a concentra issue. Talk about more stress added onto work stress to fix work stress. Seriously.
Very impressed with this app, I was able to make my follow-up visit with Dr. Marshall @ Concentra. Easy to set up after a minor glitch, on my part. Best part is I didnt have to leave my home! Thank you staff @ Concentra for having this option available during this time.
People were friendly and helpful. The app itself had difficulty with data load (video and voice at the same time)

Very good app only thing with scary was when I was finished with the doctor and he said hit the end button to go back to the triage nurse I was afraid it might disconnect me, but everything worked out fine.
Setting up the appointment was easy. Took a few minutes to get connected but it all worked out great. very easy and convenient.
Being able to have a quick visit on my phone was great. My doctor was very thorough and had the nicest people skills I've seen. kudos for offering this service!!!
Other than their medical computer system going down, due to a conversion to a NEW system, I like the convenience this app offers. I get all the conversation, referrals, and information iIneed WITHOUT RISKING EXPOSURE to the novel Coronavirus SARS2!!
Only probably was the video sometimes cut out. But that might have been due to the weather. It was overcast where I was , everyone I saw were friendly and pleasant. Thank you for being so nice.
Workplace accident made easy. I was really relieved I didn't have to leave work to go visit the doctor and even more relieved that I can have my check up via video chat on my day off. This is actually really cool and all the doctors and coordinators are super friendly.
I was hesitant at first just because of the unknown but the coordinator and doctor were sincere, professional, and darn right nice! Thank you so much for making the experience pleasant.
Wait times are a bit long, but understandable considering the high traffic volume of calls with coronavirus. Love the idea of seeing the doctor from the comfort of my home. Staff helpful and polite. Will use again.
I'm 60 years old and just got a smart phone 2 weeks ago and was able to figure it out. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
All I can say is WOW!! I was given advice for my frozen feet. I was hurting and in pain and with this app an actual doctor gave advice and explained what was going on. Great App
Works quite well. No lag that I could see. Pretty efficient and streamlined.
These people are awesome. They answer your questions and get the process done as quickly and efficiently as possible. The only downside is the wait but even then they call you and schedule a time convient for you to get started and back to work.
Made an interface with the doctor possible without the need to leave home. Nice added option to your healthcare treatments.
Made seeing a doctor SUPER easy. The medical staff was very kind, knowledgeable and professional!
Very easy to use, staff is easily reachable and very helpful. I would like to make a suggestion, though. It would be helpful to have a new message sound when chatting with the staff prior to the appointment. While waiting for the Dr, I don't want to keep staring at the screen for ten-ish minutes, in case the staff member has another question for me. Otherwise, love this app and ability to have a visit in my jams!
