I'm having problem processing reimbursement through the app. Everytime I tried to upload a pdf file it just keeps on loading until it goes back to the sign on screen.

Please fix the server as soon as possible. I can't open the app, it only shows a text box that says "server error". I already do clearing data or cache but still doesn't work.

Like many others, I can no longer access the app. It crashes the moment I open it. Will this be fixed soon?! I use this for work, rotas etc and it's very important. PLEASE fix it! Please stop telling everyone to contact you personally about the issue!! Every single person is having the exact same issue. You are not being helpful in the slightest! Just fix it!!

The recent update is successful with fixing issues such as: 1. 'Help' section not loading or takes a long time to load (leading to issues that ask you to contact Help desk). 2. High latency when signing in (which sometimes take more than 5 minutes). 3. Pages not responding when switching from one section to the other (such as 'Help' and 'My Calendar'. Kudos to the developers for addressing these issues! 5 star rating very much deserved!

Reinstalled the app again after I uninstalled it last year. Nothing has improved as far as app latency is concerned. A lot of features don't work. Ended getting more stressed out trying to get it to work. Nothing special than what we can already do via the portal. What a shame trying to get everyone to download an app that doesn't seem to be working. Lol

It's not working anymore after they did the update. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it multiple times, but its just giving me a blank page after the Duo page. Edit: It's working! I appreciate the effort of sending an email notification that it is fixed!

It seems like it always breaks down and I would need to spend a good 15 to 30 min of my time every few days just to get it working again. Every week asks to re-login with Duo after 2 days off. Right when i need to use the health declaration to get into the building. I will be uninstalling it and never reinstalling it as it is just a source of frustration everytime see it. Please don't contact me about trouble shooting as it is not worth it.

worst update, please revert to the old version edit: our site is now requiring to use the app for declaration form upon entering the building, you should make the app more convenient and if you can remove the duo thing so that we can easily access the app.

Suddenly the app stopped working. I tried uninstalling then installing but got nowhere. It's been over two weeks and still the same. This started when the health declaration form suddenly was not available under Helpdesk link. I hope this gets fixed. Good job to Shivesh for reaching out to to help me fix the issue. App is now working fine.

After the update, I can no longer log in!!!!!! Its asking for me to contact IT like seriously??? You should bring back the old version!!! Its very inconvenient for us especially filling out the declaration form. Its way easier if we have the application. But no one's taking action on this though, despite of multiple complaints. You still haven't done anything to fix this

The updated version is useless! Done all the trouble shooting but always end up to blank screen, it's very inconvenient to use to think all our surveys and other important " to do list" rely on this app. I've read some reviews that latest version is only compatible with Samsung and Apple device I hope developer of this app can fixed it soon!

I understood the reason we needed to download the app and this is a great idea. It is just that this app has many bugs and would load slowly everytime. They moved an option to file non IT tickets in the app but literally cannot go anywhere no matter how I relaunched the app and my browser coz there is no option to enter my information. So much hassle.

This is too slow. I guess the previous one is much better than the updated version. I can't open it and it keeps on loading the profile whenever i tried to sign in. This is really hard to use most especially when needed to use at work. Hoping that it can be fix as soon as possible.

I had so much trouble after the update. First, it asked me to enter the DOU passcode which took me almost 3 days to have my account activated. Second, after activating my DUO account it keeps on saying session expired. Lastly, I decided to sign in manually instead of using my fingerprint to test if it will solve the "session expired" problem but it keeps on saying incorrect passcode albeit I'm using the correct passcode provided by the DOU App. Update: issue fixed. Thanks

I have had nothing but trouble with this app. Half the time I am not even able to log in. It is not like the log in information is easy to forget either, seeing as how the password I use daily, and the username definitely doesn't take a rocket scientist to remember. I try to reach out to IT and just get told there is nothing wrong with app and to log in online instead. Yet I can't do that either. No use having it if you can't access it.

For the health declaration form which we have to accomplish everyday, we have to scroll up and down just to be able to see "NO" and click it on each item, on top of having to scroll up and down to get to each item. It's time consuming. The app before wasn't like that. You just click on "NO" easily. You don't have to scroll more on each item just for the options (Yes/No) to be visible.

The new updated app crashes a lot. Had to uninstall and reinstall for the nth time now. Update as of 05/10. People working on this app are doing their best to improve it. They were proactive in reaching out. So far, I haven't experienced any crashing. Update as of 06/19/2021. I am not able to login to the app again. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This caused me precious time before I can go inside the site.

Slow as hell. It feels like a prototype and navigation from one page to another takes forever. Try to build this app from scratch instead of just patching it up because this approach is not working. News section is not customisable and the most annoying thing here because it unnecessarily load images and the way it deals with image rendering is pathetic.

Im trying to login to the app so i can fill out some very important forms but the app keeps routing me back to the login page. No errors. It just automatically routes me back to the login page. Ive submitted a ticket to the global services app but im not surr whats the turn around time to get a feedback on that either I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I used 3 devices to try and login to the app. Nothing.

Just reconsidered my previous rating today and gave it a 4star. I used the app in the noon and now at evening when I'm trying to re log in it's showing session expired.Tried everything possible but I realised that using this app will eventually lead me to tear apart every single hair on my head. Really frustrated with this app. And it's probably the most sluggish app that will ever exist.

I had issue accessing the app after the new version was released weeks or few months ago. App Support responded very quickly and very helpful in diagnosing the issue. It suddenly worked even before we start troubleshooting. I'm giving 3 stars for now, but will change it to 5 stars if app continue performing well for the next coming days. Thanks much. I'm now changing my rate from 3 to 1. Please revert to the old version. Tsk. Tsk.

it's easier to send application for Medicine reimbursement with the use of the app on the old version. However when you made an update, I was required to update the app, after updating the app, I could no longer see my helpdesk, my ticket history, IT Tickets, pending approval, service query, they became unresponsive. Clicking on them is not working either. please fix this!
