The Avenir Contest brings together 8 engineering schools on 14 distinct campuses in France: ECE-Paris / Lyon, EIGSI-La Rochelle / Casablanca, EISTI Cergy / Pau, EPF Sceaux / Troyes / Montpellier , ESIGELEC Rouen, ESILV-Paris La Défense, ESITC Caen and ESTACA St-Quentin-en-Yvelines / Laval.
Created 9 years ago, the Avenir Contest was one of the first joint competitions allowing access to private Postgraduate Engineering Schools in France. It has quickly become a must for many students of Terminale S and STI2D and is positioned for several years as the largest joint competition (in number of candidates) allowing access to the major private engineering schools Postbac in France and within of the Parcoursup portal.
For the fall of 2018, the Avenir Contest brought together 9,712 candidates wishing to enter the first year of its member schools for a total of 1890 places and thus retains its most selective competition for access to private post-graduate engineering schools. La France.
All schools participating in this competition are accredited by the Commission des Titres d'Ingénieur (CTI), members of the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles (CGE) and the majority of them have the qualification of institution of higher education Private Interest Fund (EESPIG).
