App has gotten worse over the years. I have an android phone and it worked great for years. Over the last 6 months or so I've had a lot of issues: - Can't attach images to an expense once I've added them to the receipt store. - If concur doesn't recognize the accurate expense type initially then you can't save edits on the expense or add attendees. This is especially the case for "business meals attendees" expenses. I have to go onto the desktop to edit now. The mobile app is becoming useless.
Not easy to operate anymore. Trying to put in dollar figures and it backs out before I finish. Nothing works like it did. Updating my review on 3/22/2022...... Now I can't itemize hotels on my phone. I have to get on my computer to do that. It was so easy to use when I first started. Every time I update something gets harder to use. Frustrating.
Update has made it impossible to input mileage from your phone! It's ridiculous! "Please use mileage calculator" it states, yet I didn't calculate the distance myself, clearly the app did! Also should have the ability to chose which route you take and have it save, yet it defaults back to the shortest distance everytime. Shortage distance isn't always an option!!
Slow, clunky, keeps rejecting fuel for mileage entries on phone, but accepts them on laptop. Similar entries require repeated slow data transfers to the mothership. Entering my mileage to the train station, adding a fee for parking and train tickets to London, plus the underground takes forever to input whilst I'm travelling on the train, yet it is very similar to the previous days entry, and the day before that. Plus the auto route distance differs for the same journey. Would give it 0 stars
The app works fine. What doesn't work is that their system will automatically alter details (dates) of your expenses if you recall and make edits to expenses (such as PO or charge codes), such that you must correct it and resubmit it. By doing this, they are able to charge your company twice for the same report. The dates were entered correctly the first time, then magically they're different on the second round? The system is a good idea, but this "feature" is essentially a scam.
App is pathetic and unprofessional. There have been times when the app worked perfectly over the years but the concur team figures out that they would have nothing to do if people were not constantly having problems so they go in and "fix" what ain't broke. The mileage function is insane and will not save last mileage. In addition it will not allow one to enter beginning and ending mileage. It has now completely messed up my company mileage log.
Awful app!! Easily the most clunky app I've ever used. App is programmed in a way that it adds several unnecessary steps to every task, making a task that should take a minute or 2 take several minutes. Given several unnecessary hours of my life to this app that I'll never get back! Tried the "leave feedback" option to voice some of the concerns & it doesn't work!?
Hate it. Takes far too long to complete. After completing route on the map ensuring it matches actual route travelled, the mileage is way short of that recorded by the odometer in the car. Enter a Scottish town local to me and it defaults to the US. App automatically defaults to the wrong vehicle despite having a preferred one set, meaning you have to change registration and then change the mileage. Upload VAT reciepts & still have exceptions every day of not enough receipts.
You spend 15 minutes completing your single hotel expense only to be greeted with "your changes cannot be saved, try again later". And many more. Version after version the same, basic, horrifically obvious errors and omissions. The most user-unfriendly app ever, made by bureaucrats for bureaucrats.
Every update makes this app more painful to use. It no longer keeps my odometer readings saved for the next mileage entry. No longer saves my last used vehicle for the next entry. Feedback button does not work in app, click Feedback from the menu and it takes you to the home screen. App no longer allows me to change or modify already submitted but rejected entry's, I had to go to the website to add Attendees to already submitted but rejected entry's. Revert back to about 5 updates ago please.
When I input my travel mileage it always used to calculate the mileage but now it always gives an alert saying use mileage calculator. To correct this I have to log on my laptop delete the mileage for that day and re enter it. If I don't do that I can't submit my report. I don't know what's wrong but I hope it gets corrected. It used to work no problems.
Absolute garbage ! *Unintuitive. *Constantly gets info wrong even on common receipts. *Program does not learn frequently entered data. *Too many clicks for certain functions. *Awkward functionality. *Slow. *I only use it because the company I work for requires it. *For my own business I use a different product 10-times better. The app was amazing at first but now in the last week its been having issues. As soon as I open it it automatically closes and says stopped. I can't put in my receipts in or anything.
So many things continue to be wrong with this app. The camera function doesn't capture receipts properly. When you try to amend a receipt it shows that it saved it but then it doesn't resulting in having to try multiple times. It's turning my color receipts into black and white making them illegible. It reverts back to Old dates after I've saved the report under the accurate date. The mileage is incorrect every time. On and on. Every update it gets worse. I have emailed many times. Horrible.
Driving me crazy. Consistently will arbitrarily save incomplete expense reports (even though they haven't been saved by ME!) and kick them back to me weeks later as exceptions requiring receipts, in spite of the fact that I've already completed those expenses, attached receipts to same, saved them, submitted them, and had them approved and paid.
App keeps going offline in the middle of updating expenses. When this happens I have to completely close the app and start over. I've had to do this over 4 times this morning just to update two expenses. Very frustrating.
I have to use this app for work but it's killing me 😭 the interface is fine and all but it keeps glitching, everytime I want to submit something it fails to save it. I have to come back later or else open the site up online.
This app is not syncing correctly to my computer. Now it is saying that all the addresses are not drivable and customer service....how can you call them, everything is automated and via email/text.
The auto-edge detect is terrible for scanning receipts. Needs manual cropping. Take a look at the Tiny scanner app, and see how it should done. Seriously, Sap should be able to do better than this. Scanning receipts is the only reason I use the app.
Very slow. The fields for the additional room tax under hotel expenses don't add to the total. It is impossible to add an itemization after you have saved an expense. Must delete the entire expense and do it again. Very difficult to edit anything, really. One shot, and if you make a mistake you are screwed. Far too many cities are not included in the drop down list. For a company like SAP you think they'd have a great mobile app. Not the case here.
Extremely glitchy, uploading receipts take an enormous amount of time. Literally every aspect of this app makes preparing and submitting expense reports the most frustrating experience every month. I want to rip my hair out.
This app drives me crazy. It works great on desktop, but the Android app is so incredibly slow to recognize a receipt when shared to it, and it usually takes multiple tries to attach a receipt to a report... And that's only when it shows I have a current report. Often it doesn't show a report in progress until refreshing a half dozen times.
Totally impossible to work out, in the old days work paid pur mileage from petty cash, done in minutes. Now 2 months later emails and phone calls back and forth , still cannot get my mileage, computers eh aren't they supposed to make life easier lol, absolute waste of my time... Still waiting and waiting and waiting
This is one of the worst, most unreliable apps I've ever used, and sadly, I'm forced to for work. EVERY time I try to use it, there's some issue. Today, it's "cannot move expense to report." Why? Who knows, there's no further info. A while ago it was down for most of the month. Why? Who knows, they're "investigating." Unbelievable that any company would choose this app when we have an abundance of choice.
Been using for a while now without any problems. But recently it keeps reverting back to a vehicle I had 2 years ago with the mileage that vehicle had very frustrating please fix the mobile app
Substandard app. Receipt store doesn't work properly as I'm unable to attach receipts from there. Why require me to search for my own name to add to a receipt? App thinks I'm entering a future date when I suspect it thinks I am in the US (I'm in Australia) and doesn't pull my local time. Generally poor usability. Feels like it's developed by someone that has no idea how an expense app should work. Woeful.
Wasn't great before, but now it just sends you to the desktop site. This means it's effectively completely useless. Before it used to have an okay UI for using it on a mobile device, and while it had some weird quirks and bugs it was at least generally useful in that you could create an expense and attach receipts fairly easily. The current version just sends you to the desktop site, and that's totally unusable from a mobile device.
