Condeco Desk Booking v2

Message when I open the app telling me to download the new app as this one will be switched off end of March 22. However when I go to Google play there is no option to upgrade the app, only delete or open. How do I get the new app on android?

The 502 gateway error is now fixed in the latest update. One more issue: When using the 'Book a desk' option the calendar view doesn't appear under the 'when' field. The calendar view appears OK when using the 'Find a colleague' option so just an issue under 'Book a desk'. UPDATE-11/10/2019... Calendar issue had been fixed with latest version. Thanks to Dev, App works as it should.

Well, the app is OK at the moment. In the past, I've had random crashes while trying to set the URL and "502 Bad Gateway" errors to everything. At least it lets me check which desk I've got booked on my phone in the morning which is a start.

I have been checking in on the app every morning but still receive an email confirmation that I need to check in. Second email saying my desk has been bumped. The app need to talk to the system. Very unhappy with this.

This app is not working anymore, it always claims that it needs certain server settings, but cannot download server setting. BUT the most annoying thing about is, that even after a support request out of the app, there was no response since more than 4 weeks!!! Can NOT recommend that app, it's painful and not usable for enterprises.

I haven't been able to book desks beyond a single week (it's supposed to allow me to book in week #2 starting every Monday morning). My workplace business support says Condeco is still investigating the issue, but this has been going on since my office's last upgrade effective February 1, 2019. Prior to this last upgrade I could book my week 2 of desks as designed.

Since updating to the latest version, I can no longer book my desk for the next week. I get a message that I have reached the maximum number of days allowed, when I can see *from the app itself* that I have not. It's become *completely* useless.

This app is highly unstable.. Even after constant feedback from our company you didn't update the basics. Now none of us from our company can book a desk bxoz the app closes abruptly when we select the calendar..

Unfortunately I am unable to rate it zero. This is the most unuserfriendly app I have used, there is very little functionality, even the small things like a floor plan are missing

This app is not very good for Android users. Constant issues, won't let me check-in and now I can't see the upcoming week to book in advance. Very disappointing.

This app makes it very easy to search for a desk based on my profile. The floor plan view help to quickly understand where my space is located.

Terrible. Can't select any options when booking desk, and because I can't select anything, I can't book any desk. Using latest Android OS.

This app is easy to use and very versatile. It helped me and my colleagues to return safely to work, well done Condeco!

Great app, easy to book a desk. But after last update now have to authenticate everytime I use the app, please fix this.

App does not work for Android. I'm having the same issue as another reviewer (Karen), where on Mondays I can't book week #2 - PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE. App is useless right now for Android users.

No issues with booking a desk but cannot check in on the android app. Colleagues with iPhone have no issues checking in...

Isn't showing desks that are booked. Desks are showing booked through browser though. Just not on phone app.

shows you what desk you have booked. a click through to the map showing where it is would help. a lot.

in my app the calendar does not allow me to book on thursdays and fridays and i am not able to book for myself whereas my colleagues on iOS are able to do so sesmlessly. can you please fix this issue asap.?

Giving one star since there is no option to give negative rating. Doesn't allow me to change the floor which makes this app useless.

If I could give zero stars.... a resource booking app where it fails to allow you to complete a booking. Don't bother even downloading

garbage app. does not save presets have to change each time and now unable to continue book a desk ?

This was working fine on mi note 5 pro. But since i upgrade to one Plus , it keeps crashing

Pressing back closes the app and loses your place. Garbage.

The application doesn't work. There is no customer support. Avoid this aplication!

has this app been tested before rolling put to the market? the basic function of booking for two weeks do not work.
