SHARING
Share your conference number with anyone from within the App via:
• SMS / other messaging apps
• 3rd party Apps (Twitter, Facebook, Skype, etc.)
• Copy and paste anywhere
• Zero branding - your conference participants won't hear an ad, or "This free conference call sponsored by..."
VIEW / MANAGE
You can view and manage your conference:
• See who's in the conference
• See who's speaking
• Mute / un-mute a participant or all participants
• When all participants are muted, others that join will automatically be muted
• Call-in as a moderator, and moderator(s) won't be muted when muting everyone
• Participants can press * on their phone to raise their hand (use to identify people to un-mute)
• Enable contacts access within the app settings (Android 6.0+) and see the name of a participant if they're in your contacts. In Android version 5.x and lower, you will be asked for access to contacts when installing the app. Contacts data is used locally only, we don't have access to your contacts.
• Disable entry/exit tones that are played when people join/leave the conference (great for when you have lots of participants)
• View your conference call history including dates/times/durations, and information on each participant
• Save participants to your contacts, and call a participant back within the app
ACCESS NUMBERS
Call-in numbers you’re assigned are:
• Telephone numbers in the United States + Canada
• Can be reached from any phone worldwide
• Allow unlimited conference participants
• Allow unlimited conference length (some carriers may disconnect calls after 6 to 8 hours, you can always just call back)
• Free to call for callers with unlimited calling to the USA or Canada (standard calling rates to the United States / Canada apply for those not on unlimited calling plans)
OTHER
Since there’s no signup required for Conference NOW, keep the following in mind:
• Conference call-in numbers and PINs are deleted automatically 30 days after creation
• Every time anyone calls in, your call-in number and PIN expiration is extended by 30 days
• Create new conference rooms anytime
• There's no signup, email, phone number or anything else required to use the app

Update. Trying out app. Once a conference is added the app takes quite a while to load the conference. Please fix! Previous review... Awesome. The easiest and most intuitive conference call app. To set them up that is. Wish it would also manage conferences that are sent to me as meeting invites via Outlook. Don't think this is the purpose of the app though. Will use to initiate a conference!
None of my clients could join the call everyone said that it was charging in 10 cents a minute. That's very disappointing seeing as though it says it's a free conference call app! I've had this at before and never had a problem!
Very easy to setup and manage. In this free version can I change the hold music? Also in the read more section it says unlimited conference participants however in the comparison of the 2 versions it says 10. Is that a bait and switch or an error?
I used to really like this app, but I bought a new phone and now I can't sign in under my old number. I don't want to make everyone else change. I still can call in ,but not manage it. It sucks and I tried emailing them TWICE with no response.
This is one of the best conference call app that I have ever tried. The conversations are very clear and concise. I use this for my family reunion meetings, family meetings and many more. It's very easy to use. I give this app A++! Thank you for making my job easy!
So far life experience is great I am just getting started I just wanted to know if it was a phone number that I particularly like and it expired is there anyway I can get it back I really like this conference now it's really set up so easy and I know I will have a great experience
Really worked well but it limits to 10 participates on Android and does not give price for the PRO. If we could have more people it would be GREAT. I will have to find another app.
The service is awesome!! The only thing I feel that should be added is conference call recording where you can call back to hear the message.

I like the ability to set up multiple numbers but I am an android user and to limit me to 10 people really stinks and I am not going to incur a ln additional cost when I am having to work from home due to COVID-19.

The call was clear at times and other times during the call participants could not hear at all, that was on a Sunday. Wednesday call was great no problems at all.

Numbers not in cell plan, I use to love this app have used it for years but now I am unable to use any other the numbers without phone charges. I am on the hunt for other app
Wow what a great app! Easy to use and conversation is very clear and best of all is free. I love it.
Good app but when the caller reaches more then 40 it freezes and can't see caller ID

Does not work as described Now Pro is supposed to allow multiple moderators, they just require people to pay for their services.

This is an excellent app. I love it. I love that callers don't need the app or even a cell phone. They just call in with their touch tone phone. The only drawback is that the free version only allows 10 call-ins and the is no pro version for Android. I would love to get the pro version for my personal arsenal if there were a version for Android.
