Permissions
- It needs full network access to download and update the conferences, news etc.
- It needs to add or modify calendar events in order to add B2Match meetings to user calendar, but only in case if user wants to
- It needs to read confidential information to allow user choose the calendar, where B2Match meetings will be added
- It needs hardware control in order to scan QR codes and barcodes

brilliant app to help you organise yourself at a conference. I love the my agenda feature as it allows you to make a comprehensive day-by-day plan for all the talks you want to attend with all the abstracts directly linked to it.
Great application, have used it in the organization of several large international conferences and as conference participant. Robust, flexible and easy to use.

More info on website than app! I keep on going to the website to get the detailed agenda and supporting materials. Should be more seamless
It is not usable for large conferences. To add a talk to the individual program, one has to perform at least 3 clicks (select the talk, add it to the individual program and click back). It is impossible to select more than three talks as the program then shows the beginning of the list so you have to go through the list again (there is no indication of what has been added to the individual program either). Then also, the program does not offer any means of adding notes that could be later exported (e.g., in a word document) so you will still need the paper program for notes. In overall, a good idea badly executed!

Awesome app! Very practical.
Very difficult or impossible to get a good overview (e.g. in which sessions and at what times during these sessions the presentations in "my agenda" are presented). I stopped using this app and used the printed program of the conference.

People list hard to search and displays badly || I don't see chat, or a way to create a profile, so that when I write feedback, the sister can see it was me (sic).
Basic Functionality, could have better features like links to abstracts and titles.
I am organizing a large conference and as much as I like the idea of the app it took me a number of working days to get all material in the format that is needed to the developers. Good idea but it needs more work from the compatibility side - they could even raise the prices a bit and do more of the work themselves. Plus the interface need people to like the retro look...
This app is nice but it would be better if it had a search function for author names and a global function for search within all days, not only day by day. Also, organizers promised to upload city guide info and I could not find it.
Rating seems to be restricted to a public rating or survey for the conf organizers. I need to rate a paper and store the information locally for my own usage. At least the function does not appear for my conference.
Did an okay job until it downloaded a conference schedule update that shifted all my "My Agenda" sessions to the wrong ones.
I used it a lot during the conference, but I was frustrated not to find references from people to posters.
Ugly interface and slow to start. Why do I have to start a conference? This takes time and sometimes the app hangs upon reopening
This app is painful to use. Period.
Conference update completely changed my saved schedule.
Can't select individual talks. Constantly resets to the start of the first day.

I found the app to be really helpful. Navigating the conference became far easier. The only feature I missed was to see the current time reflected in the agenda view. Here it would have been helpful to see at a glance, which sessions were over and which were still in the future.
