Fully functional software for trains. The plus point is it have the same price as on irctc application. I rated 4 start because I felt that there can be improvements in the user interface The coach position page doesn't seems to be satisfying, pnr status page can also be made much interactive A little makeover to the app can surely make it one of the best apps for railways I loved the functionalities.💕💕
This app is very bad , very poor , nonsance The app ensures the payment is done initially. Only then it tries to redirect to irctc site, and I was not even getting any popup to enter the password. So the payment was done successfully However not the booking. It has one of the worst experience. Also to top it, they charge higher amount than what needs to be paid in irctc site. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
Very disappointed with this booking. I booked ticket but they automatically selected 0 cancellation fees. When i cal customer care they behaviour is very rude. Please aware from this type of apps. Now you ask me to mail but after main no response. I already bspoke with customer care and nothing is improved. Pay my money back don't scam customer money's.
It is one of the best app till date and it will always be a good working app none other can beat it. I truly believe in this app, never dissappointed me like ixigo app. If by net problem our payment is cut and tickets not booked it gives us several chances to book again and again using that amount only and if after tickets not booked it instantly gives your money back to our wallet present in the app. Mast app hain bhai. Love it truly need no update but it should correct the payment method...❤
Very bad experience. I had booked 5 ticket at 2020 and 1 ticket i had cancelled. Refund is eligible for that cancellation.But i did nt get my refund back to my account or in my wallet.When i check the status its showing that the amount is refunded. But no amount is credited in my account. So i called and emailed to the customer support many times.. they told me that after checking they will call me back.. but no more call has came. Very bad experience. Dont install this app.
Worst app. It takes too much time to proceed from one step to another also it stops responding after a few minutes. This is happening continuously and I couldn't complete my task. Going to uninstall this. Wastage of time.
If you are reading this before downloading the app, Do not download this app for booking railway tickets. If you are reading this after you are unable to book tickets welcome onboard, well you'll be thinking "It was such a good day before I tried this app". Booking ticket with this app is such a bad Idea. And also Never try booking Tatkal tickets(you know how fast the seats fill up generally getting it through a counter).Don't use this app, It's just making your journey miserable before a start.
As another user mentioned in 2021, money is taken but no booking confirmed. At one place after a long time asked for irctc authentication (login/pwd) after clicking the submit button there is no update from the app & same submit is enabled!! Clicked submit again, nothing happened. Absolutely no indication on what's happening. Terrible app experience.
Downloaded this app due to the ratings but now I wonder if these ratings are genuine. I have spent the last hour trying to book a train ticket and going in circles. After making the payment for the ticket it asks me to log in with my irctc id and then I receive the message that my registered number and id are not valid! This is firstly incorrect and secondly needs to be addressed in the first part of the user flow... Not after the person has made the payment. Disappointed max.
I had given it 1 star just few weeks ago, and im really sorry for that! This is one of the best app for booking tickets, i just realised this now. Best service 🌟 Professional attitude 🌟 Simple and easy to use🌟 Easy to cancel ticket🌟 100 times better than original IRCTC website and app🌟 Just one thing, please change the password and captcha filling before booking tickets. Many time we forget what was the password, as when we pay for the tickets and everything is done, it asks for it
Exceptionally good... I had raised two issues. One was regarding restriction on No times seat availability can be seen. And s cond was live status of train. Both have been addressed. Giving alternate options when tickets are unavailable is an automatically excellent function. Great!!
First they should change the name of the app...its very misleading... The ui of the app is good and user friendly, But Its very difficult to get a confirmed ticket they are not even close to confirm tickets. The chance of get tickets from this app is just 10 %. This app is not reliable to get confirmed ticket. IRCTC is good and reliable as compared to this. I would not recommend this app for tickets booking in busy season.
Very nice app due to following reasons 1. shows confirmation probability 2. shows latest status of availability 3. shows alternative route 4. shows same route but an alternate boarding station which is a fantastic way to book a ticket, not many people are aware of the same
This app was fine the first 2 times. Then the tickets started being waitlisted even though I tried booking a week before. The last time it was GNWL 33, 4 days before the departure and I still didn't get a ticket. I think it's the app's fault. The people who read my review are free to try and find out themselves.🙁
I was just about to book my first ticket. I made a payment of 718 INR. Payment is successful. But I can't book the tickets. I tried many times and still it's showing error. I'm a student and I don't even have extra money to book somewhere else.They are telling me that money will be refunded by 13 days,by the time which I won't even get a seat to book. I seriously can't take this. If you can't help me to book tickets,just give me my money back immediately. And your name is confirm tkt. Nice!!!!!!
Sir, I have lost money quite a few times. The payment goes through and amount gets deducted from bank account but shows pending in app. Also the refund amount gets vanished without notice. Will delete this app, sorry for bad review.
Excellent app. I tried few other popular apps to book IRCTC tickets but I experienced difficulties to get the tickets confirmed for various errors or faild payments. I have to wait few days for getting the refund of payment towards the unconfirmed bookings to my bank account. Confirm Tkt app keeps our paid amount in their wallet till the transaction is completed with IRCTC. So no need to pay again or wait for week for refund. Hassle-free booking experiences I had with this app.
This is not useful for Tatkal booking. Because you can book only after 11:15am only. And one more bug every time you need to give IRCTC login credentials for complete the process. If suppose you give wrong credentials payment hold on the app without book tickets.
This App is excellent. So simple and easy to use. One can book the train ticket with in max of 5 minites with out hassle. I had horrible experiences while booking on IRCTC portal but this app made my life very easy. I would happily pay a small fee to use this app. Moreover in case you cancel the ticket the refund is instantaneous. Just in minutes. You can't believe this. Just try and see. I strongly recommend to use this app for those people who are fed up the IRCTC portal. Happy Booking 😀😀
Pretty bad experience,it worked good for 2 or 3 transaction after that the payment deducted amd it shared a message to complete booking through irctc site when i log into this it is displaying in the whole page like this ?????????? Only question mark......very bad ...I lost money and no ticket confirm...😔😔😔
Don't use this app This app never refunds your money if ticket is cancelled. The refund status would show as already refunded. But you never get the money in your bank account. And they have written along with the refund status of the money is not credited, contact bank customer care. But customer care has no clue on this kind of issue. Complete scammers ! Please don't book tickets in this app.
I opted to cancel the ticket 24 hrs prior but had previously opted for free cancelation benefits before booking as I wasn't sure of the trip...I could cancel with ease but was charged 70rs per ticket for opting for free cancelation benefits, could lower the cancelation rate!!

Over all experience is good except two thing ,i.e whasroom was unhigien and another one is if we booked 3 to 4 tickets it means we wol travel together .on the basis of booking you should provide the seat together and if seat is not available so please don't ask for the preference . If ee select the preference so give any popoup stating that this seat is not available etc. Try to look into this scenario else everything is great.
This is likely an Agent or Franchise app. We could book Tatkal tickets after 1115hrs. Not a single ticket could be booked through this app so far. Ultimately it leads to IRCTC site only after geting payment. If ticket could not be booked, the paid amount is kept in their wallet only and not returned to paymemt instruments. This leads to getting cheated of your money...
Wrost app which I ever used till date .. booked ticket with this app and cleary selected that I does not want free cancellation policy but still It was issued and charged 515 rupees for two tickets. (And fun fact is railway charges cancellation charges 180 per ticket which will be 360 rupees for me if I cancel ticket without taking there policy and to protect my 360 rupees they charged 515) .. 👏 for the person who made this app .. you are making money by frauding customers ..
This is the most pathetic app, first it asks for all the details, then right after the payment it says booking pending error. What kind of bs service is this. Money gets deducted, without the booking. What a waste of time and money.
The best app I've seen so far. It's very easy to get loan or voucher on emi to shop at flipkart and Amazon. My credit limit have also been increased in 3 months after keeping a good record. The charges/interest are also the lowest in the market compared to other apps. By using this app and paying back on time also improving my credit score. Last the support is also very good easy to contact customer care and get your issue resolved quickly...
