Congregation Territories

IMPORTANT NOTE: This program does NOT exempt the completion of the S13 report.
I want to respond about four complains I received the most
1. Territory sortingTerritory number is actually a string. It accepts characters with integers like: A1, 001, B05, 02CSo the app sorts like a string: 1, 10,11,12...19,2,20If you want to sort like an integer, you can use 0 in the numbers like : 001, 002, 003...010,011,012...100,101,102
2. S12 and S13 report languageThe S12 and S13 templates that comes with the app are currently in portuguese.So if you want to see the reports in your language you have to open the templates and edit them.Go to Settings then Templates to do that.
3. Importing dataIf you have trouble importing date values, try the format YYYYMMDD (Y=Year; M=Month; D=Day)
4. Permissions the app uses.The permissions needed are:
- READ_CONTACTS / READ_CALL_LOGto link a publisher with a contact in your list
- WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGEto write / read backup or excel files in your external storage
- GET_ACCOUNTSto choose a google account for sending the backup to the drive
- INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATEto send the backup to your drive

Great app for managing congregation territory records. Has so many useful functions! Also complies with EU privacy laws (GDPR).Takes a bit of getting used to, but once you've worked it out, it's very easy to use. Can easily make/edit maps by combining it with the recommended toolmaps app. Can also backup data to transfer across devices. Once I've put all the data on the app, my job should be much easier!
this is a fantastic app but for Android for some reason I cannot export my data and send it to someone else or sending by email. That is the only fallback I have with this app. I cannot save information to my Google Drive or to my iCloud email. Or I can not save it to my Gmail email account. But overall I give it 4 stars
I've been using this app for 10 years and is great. I really like that it's all local to my device.
I was thinking to myself one day. I could use an app which let's me organise territory and also assign territory whilst I am away at work etc. Then I thought 'I' m sure someone will have already thought about it! Great for those whose devices have continual access to the cloud; a very clear, easy to use and useful app. The negative aspect is that for those of us who dont have continual access to the cloud, or similar, means we need to download the maps to a file. Unfortunately, when all the maps are downloaded to a separate file, in the memory of MY device, they keep uninstalling from this app.
