Does Connect Transit even realize the inconvenience and frustration regarding the limited Purple route?! There are definitely a lot of people that ride this route every day. It has been limited since the beginning of COVID. It's time to make the purple route every half hour again!!
This apps update isn't very help ful when I tried to put in plan my trip it doesn't even work! Most of the time I'm guess when the bus will arrive
Waited 30 minutes at a stop that the app said at least one bus was supposed to arrive at in a few minutes. Saw that bus as well as 2 others go by on a different road multiple times. Dont know if its an outdated route but not a single bus came to pick up that stop. Either the routes need updated or the buses are ignoring certain stops. Either way the app is no help.
Doesn't load at all
App doesn't load most of the time and is riddled with bugs. Absolutely awful
This app is flat out abysmal terrible platform and gps is !!super!! spotty at best !!!!!! If I could give this a sliver on one star I would !!!
The app isn't even loading.I have tried uninstalling and installing several times.

Definitely unreliable, buses are never on time, app says 2 mins but in reality it's 20
Very actual. Gets you where you need to go, just be at the bus stop on time.

Love the app
It has a good idea behind it, however buses randomly disappear without warning. Also within 2 minutes the app will tell you there is a bus coming in 10 minutes to saying it will be there in an hour. Very unreliable
Gotta say, absolutely atrocious at giving accurate times for when buses will depart/arrive. I dont know if there is an error where the buses schedules get switched when looking at a stop, but something isn't right.
This app has been out long enough to get a lot of the big bugs out but still after all this time most of the time you can click on a route without getting stuck in a endless loading screen. This has happened with all the phones I've had so I had to be the app

Continues to load but then never does
Half of the busses don't show up on the real time tracker, and I have yet to see the estimated arrival times say anything asides from "no busses scheduled." This is all compounded by the fact that the bus system itself is wildly unreliable as is.
There are no real time routes available half the time and when i click on a stop all it ever says there are no scheduled stop times. Not to mention the new bus routes are rediculous.
From what I understand. Bloomington, Il will be taking back Thier buses and doing everything themselves. I hope they create a usable app. We will see. This thing is utter trash. It's useless and it used to work quite well. Either the city or the app developers quit caring. The town was good enough to let people ride free during covid. Kudos to BLM/Normal. But we really NEED a working app no matter what happens. A website on a Phn screen is impossible to navigate . Help the peeps plz!
