Complicates app to deal with. Wish this can be modified to the capacity of the usage. It always denied to clock in and out, despite changes of download the app over and over again yet won't let you to clock in-out.
Its been over a year. Sad to say nothing has changed even with the updates. Worst part of it all this consists of my money. Who wants horrible issues when it comes to your money. Happy if you have no problems but majority people do. Need to be rethought and remade.
There's been times that I couldn't sign out or submit my documentation but overall experience it's a good app I like it I like that on Sundays it gives me a printout of all my hours and mileage I really like that.
This app is horrible. Cant clock out half the time. Try to edit it and it boots me out. Cant review what I submitted. It rotates half way into signing in and boots me out. Lots of snafus.
I lost my connect.a.voice till now I have been trying to download again keep saying installing or pending.
This program needs a lot of tweeting before it can be used successfully. Poor Program

Needs a lot of work. If u guys dont close the app then it stays running in the background for me. Guess im special. Notes should have dates. Not how many days ago. It should also confirm notes are read by every staff. If I'm working with 1 consumer it should not constantly ask me what consumer it's for. When doing services it goes back every time to ask who it's for. Then starts services over and u have to remember where u left off. When giving meds it asks for a note. No note is needed. For every service it requires a note. Not needed. Like I said. NEEDS A LOT OF WORK!
When you move the phone, it disconnects. If you hit back, it disconnects. It allows no options to save your email or passwords. It's a pain.
This was presented to us as a great system but it constantly freezes and stops working all the time and it takes them at least a day to get it back up when it does. Never had a time sheet system constantly need support like this one does.
