I use it quite a bit, it's been very helpful, I think this is one of the better apps for communicating. I'm very pleased with app no complaints.

The dialogue works but there is no music, emergency calls or listening on Android

I'm deaf user. I use this app to my work. I am able to communicate with a hearing customer just fine. I think it misses one thing is talk mode should stay longer a little bit. Good app, though.

Isn't very accurate. Update per authors request (asked to be more specific): The words transcribed are not the words which are spoken. The application seems to have a high frequency misunderstanding one word for another when compared to the Android built in transcription or third party transcription such as the Ava.me app. Also, the forced block before it begins recording / transcribing is inconvenient and seems bound to cause lost words from people unfamiliar with the app and who are not paying attention to the screen.
