All I want is to be able to access my account, look at and pay my bill. None of this seems to be available in the app, even though this is the app CBT's website links to. *Edit* Then fix the link on your website to point to the correct app.

Won't let city visitors even CREATE an acct on/via the app. Useless. This is why it's a LOW download count & why the entire sub dept should be replaced. Newport Levee needs a REAL partner.
Right now I can't even open the app. When I could open it, every time I entered a contest it would make me reenter all my info. You already have my info, why do I have to keep entering it?
Very slow to unresponsive. By app name, locating Hotspot seems only important to businesses, but not to individuals, customers?
This app needs to be updated it's running very slow it's not even opening the app up fix the app please.
I like the opportunity to enter sweepstakes but hate to enter all of the info each time.

Nice App but continually nags you with notifications for payment after payment has been scheduled.

Works fine. Told me about a nearby cat cafe, which is fun.
They app should remember your information so you don't have to enter it every time.
my bill keeps going up and up has doubled in less then 2 years?

the site is down it was great when it worked.
Locks you in: Doesn't allow right-click on links to vendor sites or using phone's native browser. Does not integrate with any mapping apps, or offer a developer's API for anyone beyond paid sponsors. Says it lists open/publicly-available hotspots, but it either doesn't really do that, or there are none. Basically, it's like one of those low-rent bloat-ware avert. apps that prepaid phone vendors install on their devices so they can double-dip charging you for data used by their advertisers.
