App has become MUCH better. Still have a few bugs I'm dealing with but support is pretty good about working through your issues. For instance, when I download my schedule it wants to log everything as night. Regardless of time. I've tried toggling suggest day night and the other night calc settings. No luck. But it's a minor annoyance. I just have to manually change it every time
I've had the app for over 2 years and am 90% happy with it. for the other 10%, when it had issues, the customer support always reaches out to me and does a thorough follow-up to address the problem. I've always been able to get the problem fixed. App makes balancing your hectic flight schedules so much easier and convenient to be on your own personal calendar.
I had the app through the various names for about 5 years. Normally works very well. For the issues that do occur, support is quick to respond and very helpful. They always fix the problems. Remember that often the problems are caused by airlines changing the roster code behind the scenes (even though it can appear to a viewer the same)
Roster html does not work. Lots of issues with local time. It is showing cities with wrong zone times. Lots of room for improvement, like advise roster changes. Being using for not so long, but enough to get disappointed! Tried to contact support, did not work! Tried to send email to connect, did not work either!
Error after error since switching from CrewConnect to this new CrewLounge. They increased the subscription fee, and produced something worse than the old app. Everything was working fine with the old app, but they are just greedy and would do anything for more money. Latest update breaks all the UTC / Homebase timing and export to calender. This is not the first update that has broken timings. It's at least the third time in 3 months. Highly recommend you DO NOT buy this app.
Downloading your roster is flawless. It's extremely easy to use and provides very helpful information. The touted social aspect is extremely limited. Only search for friends in your current company, unless your deadheading. Being able to connect w/ old friends from other airlines and see that they have the same overnight would be amazing. It's like if LinkedIn only let you connect with people you currently work with. Huge miss on a great idea. I'll just stick to the year I've already paid for
Not as good as program it is replacing. Requires more work to get to the information. The appearance is nice but that isn't as important as the function. Updating requires more interaction than past program. Still missing timed updates of schedule as other programs provide. App still missing available information from my schedules, crew member names, hotel reservation number, plus doesn't identify the airline in deadheads. Mostly a repackaged version of Crewconnect app from the same company.
There are the bones of a great app here. Good start but support has so far been lacking and unresponsive. Was able to download my initial roster but when it changed, I have so far been unable to download the update. Several emails sent sent to support/developer but no response yet
errors in time and calendars I am getting really annoyed right now after I have reported so many times the errors in your calendar views and nothing happens . excuses are not going to fix it. and the correct display of your roster should be the basic feature of a rostering app. I regret I took out the subscription. back to RosterBuster at least it shows my roster correctly. Update I: I do have the version and the error is still there !!!
App is good, but calendar export is buggy and difficult. UI is a bit illogical and difficult. I am relieved however to have a decent alternative to ecrew app. I would love to see when you last flew with a particular crew member.
Much better than the previous app Some features and improvements I'd like to see -The sync time is still too long compared to other apps - when downloading the Roaster the app just accepts any duty changes and assignments without asking or even showing notifications about it, this is very critical. - When I see my duty for any day I wanna see the total duty time not just the report time and block in + it would be nice if I can see the flying time.
Poor UI design. Superimposes previous roster over any changes. Or doesn't delete flights if its removed from the server. Needs the option to delete specific entries and not the full database. Also the new dark theme is unreadable. Poor contrast.
provides very easy access to the roster with history as well as direct log in, there are some other features as well that I don't use but may be useful for some. It's practical and I would recommend it if your airline is supported by this app

Excellent app + Excellent customer service. First, this app design is way nicer than the others. Second, there have been a change in the way to access my roster recently. They answered my mails and corrected the issue after 5 days. This single point deserves 5 stars. I recommend connect crew lounge!
This app constantly fails to download ones roster. Worst roster app ever. I can't wait for my subscription to end as I don't actually get my roster in the app anyway and I feel like I've been robbed, by paying for a service I don't receive. Shockingly bad. I cannot recommend this app to anyone, as even after multiple attempts to get them to sort out my issues, they don't and hence I have an app that I paid for but is totally useless. Clearly they don't care once they have your money.
Really nice application! Easy to use and with good presentation! The technical support if you face a problem is quick and the people are very kind.
I updated my Macbook to Catalina. So my MCC Pilot Log app did not work anymore. I downloaded the new Pilot Log app but I was not able to transfer the MCC Pilot Log data. So luckily the Crew Lounge support team helped me to transfer all my data and nothing was lost. I am very happy that everthing worked well.
UPDATE - Since I posted my review in May I'm still no further to getting this resolved. Answers from customer support are shockingly slow... AVOID.. .. It doesn't allow me to download my current roster month or the next roster month, telling me continually that the date ranges are incorrect. To make matters worse, I've raised 2 tickets with customer service but just get automated responses saying they're very busy. I've even asked for a refund. Avoid this app because support is non existent.
Tried to install on my Galaxy S6e with no success. The application crashes immediately. EDIT Installed the up in a new phone (S10) and an S4 tablet and it works flawlessly.
I use it for some time and suddenly I don't have a subscription anymore.. So I guess it expired.. The price I get now, roughly around 11 euro, is this lifetime or yearly? As I didn't find it written.. Can you check why my subscription is not there any more? I was thinking I have lifetime :(
Was working great but now when trying to select dates for roster download, get an "End date should be earlier than current date" error message. Makes the app unusable for the moment and hope it gets resolved soon.
Was using another crew portal roster aggregator and Connect - CrewLounge by MCC is superior in every way. I'm very happy with the app and it has been performing great! Trying to get my colleagues onboard with it to use all the other functions it has. Great App!
Unlike other apps such as eCrew and dutydroid, this app does not automatically download the roaster and one has to manually do so every time a new roaster is published. This is a very basic requirement for an app. Same needs to be addressed.
No information regarding aircraft type and aircraft registration. No notifications for roster changes. Basically useless to use.
can't connect to Google play. I've paid the subscription but not being able to use this new crappy app. Didn't get any feedback from support guys.
great application very useful but please fix the widget alarm cause it doesn't work with user preference time before checkin like the old version.
Finally the app is working seamless after months of bugs and being unable to download rosters. Amazing work really.
My app keeps shutting down. It will open and after 2 seconds it closes with no error message or anything. Please help
The idea of easily accessing your rosters and company portal is good. The user interface is ok. Real problem with my app is that it gives timeout errors 9/10 times when trying to download the roster. (Download failed, Request TimeOut) The app tells me to use slow connection but it does not do any good. Yes, sometimes I am able to download but mostly not.
