Everytime i need to login i have to reset my password, why can't we just have fingerprint login.
Complete waste of time. Followed all instructions, recognise my passwords but will still not let me in. Will now uninstall.
So overcomplicated... So many options, tabs and other unnecessary stuff...
Tried to login using the username and password the connect team gave me. Worked at first but now I cant log back in using the same details. I've emailed 4 times to try and get this sorted but no reply from the connect team, so now I cant check my payslip.
Got to the initial logon, but following instructions every password I tried it says does not meet company requirements. I used upper and lower case letters, special characters and numbers.
After updating the app, it wouldn't load. I've reinstalled it, still won't load. Not getting any notifications either.
Unable to access people places portal. Have contacted customer support on several occasions. Now app has thrown me out and will not log in. Have tried emailing customer support no response. Great customer services
What's the point of having the payslip link here if we still have to input all our log in details every time we look at them. Absolutely rubbish and pointless.
Dont like Social aspects of the app there is no way of changing your preference so you can keep yourself private. I don't want to receive messages from everyone I like to Keep myself to myself.
Amazing App for DHL colleagues to connect and share/get updates both professionally and personally. Connecting across the group has never been easier and more fun I would add. #ConnectingPeopleImprovingLives

Good idea, but when I tried to search colleagues...it kept saying "no contacts found" strange when the people I searched for have been working for DHL 32years and others longer than me.
Can't log in as well as can't reset password. Before update worked well.
Was great while it worked but it won't open. I'm going to try uninstalling and re-installing and if that works I may write a more positive review
great app only a lot of our users report the app got stuck during loading screen and from that moment won't start anymore...
Absolutely useless. Complete mess. Follow instructions & there is no option to even register. Can't even check my wages.

Excellent app can access all aspects of the digital DHL. Ive Found services and discounts available to dhl employees, job vacancies plus i get to connect with other employees which i would never have met. Thank you #Togetherunstoppable.
Great way to stay connected on the go for those who don't have a PC. Can't wait for it to become local.

Password and user name not recognised. Sent email to reset. Get no response.
The app in itself is fine. It should be easier though to change channels and it would "help" if editors would provide up2date info. Since December last year (2020) I am greeted with the same "new" article about how the app helped to navigate the pandemic. This does not motivate to use the app, which is a shame.
