The app works fine on my Kogan M1 but it is very.. VERY basic. I would like far more than 10 dials to choose from, I'd like a dial designer to be honest or at the very least, the ability to set my own background. The ability to scale the "always on" time would also be great as I don't always have my glasses on. All in all it's almost boringly basic, but very easy to use. I don't dislike it & that's the only reason it gets 3 stars.

Don't panic - the app works well. I saw the reviews and thought my Kogan Pulse+ was going to be a waste of $$ but I had literally zero issues. Make sure you select the right watch on the home screen, as some look similar. Turn on your phone's Bluetooth and you're good to go!

Fix the bugs, I can't even set son's pictures as his watch face, won't sync, or even allow me to try and sync, can't change his watch faces anymore. App keeps getting worse.

I connected my watch to a different app after this wasn't working. I downloaded this because the manual said to, but I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't connect. I looked up my kogan watch and saw another app (hitfit pro) was being used instead. The watch wasn't connecting to that app either until I unpaired my phone's bluetooth to my watch, went back into the app and clicked to connect watch. So if anyone is having trouble, maybe try unpairing your bluetooth to the watch & try again in app.

Very basic app. My wife has Fitbit which records much info. This is so limited. Used to restart at zero every day now it just keeps adding so now shows 48k with Galaxy Note 8. I want to see daily not total. I dont know why it changed. Also very few watch faces to choose from. I thought over the year they would have upgraded but no. So yesterday I bought a Hawaie. More expensive but at least tells me what I want to know. I am very disappointed as I really like the look but app is too basic.

I have had trouble with this for both Kogan watches I have. The new one I got the M2 Amoled Display Smart Watch. It finally connected to my phone which was great but when I tried to connect to the app it won't find it I press on Device and select the right model the lady runs then vanshishes and I am left with a white blank screen. Can anyone tell me what other app I can use I wonder if HitFit Pro will work as this app is stupid and useless.

I really don't like the app. It does not graph your sleep as it is occurring like other apps. Your exercise steps can't be added into daily steps. It is not that easy to navigate. I wish there was another apps that you can use with this watch

I cant use it it worked when i first got the watch for my kid at start of this year but won't sync cant set the time cant do anything with it my cheap kogan fit tracker works fine with its app. I will be throwing the watch away as it was clearly a waste of my money i have done all the correct things to sync the device but it continues to say it is already it deems it completely useless i have done everything i can from uninstalling reseting and everything else troubleshoot has suggested

Ok, heads up to anyone trying to connect the watch to the app! It took me awhile to figure it out. Go into your bluetooth settings and unpair the watch from your phone. Then go into the app again and try connecting the app with the watch, then pair it through that way. It worked for me that way.

It connected pretty easy after uninstalling and reinstalling. All the features seem to work fine except the personalisation of the watch from the app. Ive been using it for a week now and no connection issues. I run on android.

So far it works ok. Easy to connect with kogan pulse watch. One issue. It does not connect to the strava app. An error ppps up after attempt to sign in or a blank white screen appears when i click authorisation.

Doesn't connect to the phone. I have kogan watch plus. Tried to connect but it doesn't connect. Watch is connected by Bluetooth. But doesn't connect with the app. Wish there was a fix.

Way to many permissions needed with the app but watch is OK for the price. I would recommend Uninstalling the app after the watch is configured. Also you have to pair the watch through the app if you connect your phone to the watch first it won't connect until you remove the pairing.

App appears to be working so far (first few hours of use), however the app requires way too many permissions, you also cant turn it off and it requires to be constantly on even if i do not use the smartwatch.

Average app. Mostly works ok but a little inconsistent across different parts. Lack of watch faces a major issue. Should release the face making app for a bit of fun.

The setup process is unintuitive and badly designed. A simple revamp with someone who understands UI and normal expectations would score you an extra 2 stars, probably from most people here who have rated the app. Also no Discord or Slack push?

Connection with the watch drops every 5 seconds, even after the watch is close to the phone. Can not synchronize data from the watch. Useless app.

Cannot connect to phone anymore. The phone can be paired via phone's bluetooth menu but cannot be connected via this app. All permissions provided and yet it says cannot connect.

Cannot connect. Tried everything for days. Restating, uninstalling, turning Bluetooth on and off. Have a watch I cannot use and am app that doesn't work. NOT HAPPY.

Very small writing on the instructions. This app asks for to many permissions which i believe have nothing to do with making it work and seems it will not work unless you agree to all. Is there another app out there for kogan pulse + wellbeing smart watch.

Spent a good hour trying and failing to connect my watch. Tried restarting both my phone and my watch, turned bluetooh on and off a number of times, nothing works.

Useless app. I do not want to give access to my phone logs, phone calls, text messages and god knows what, when I install a new device. This is ridiculous. On an iPhone 8 it won't even start.

Would not recommend app for Android users. My partner and I both purchased the Kogan AMOLED watches, his for iPhone, mine for Android. Apple picked up both watches to install and two other watches in house but my Android couldn't pick up anything. Total waste of money for Android users.

Am having a lit of trouble being able to get my smart watch to evenwork. Wish kogan had online chat so i could get some help to get my gift working. Have followed all the instructions that was in packaging but nothing happening for me. Frustrated and getting somewhat angry as there is no help available. I hope someone from kogan sees my review and can help sort the problem for me. I have sent an email to tbe app people also. Sm

Originally connected to watch via Bluetooth, 2 days ago stopped connecting, have tried to reconnect, no success, have uninstalled the app and installed again, still not working.

Unpairs randomly, have to reboot the phone and watch to get it to pair again. The reported temperature is useless, it doesn't update unless you login it your phone and start the app. Even then the temperature is wrong. Today its 33°C here, the app reports it as 22°C
