Hi there. This application has previously been great and it has been working for a long time. You had good international rates, and you gave the opportunity to earn credits for international calls, and it was generally free. But even without this, your tariffs were cheaper than competitors. But since mid-April, the many international directions stopped working, and I can not call, because your system is constantly requiring credits. currently International calls are still not working. When do you open access to international directions again? Your customer support does not respond from this long time. As I see, you started replying to Google Play, please answer this question, because you may not possibly contact another way as you just silent.
The "do not disturb" setting has disappeared with this update! The phone rings at full volume in the middle of the night, and there is no longer any way to prevent it. The app even ignores my phone's night mode setting. I had to uninstall this app to be able to sleep without interruption. Absolutely horrible experience.
NetTalk Duo on my smartphone (Huawei Nova 3) I can call out, but cannot receive call. Doesn't ring. When I uninstall application and reinstall, it works only one times and next time I have to repeat process uninstall/install. MagicJack works all the time flawlessly! That is on new phone with Android 9. What is weird, on old phone with Android 5 it works... After contacting Nettalk was told: "make sure that you have your push notifications enabled for the app" When I googled that, what is and where to find "push notification" for my phone, found: "Scroll to Threema, and set the switch to the Off position" but I do NOT have any Threema on my phone!...It is paid app that I do not want. How come the MagicJack works without that??
The app has some major flaws so I disabled it. 1) It drains the battery on my cell phone in one day 2) If I call my home (Nettalk device) from my cell phone, the app rings on my cell phone. This is very confusing if I am trying to get a family member to answer. If I hang up the call coming from the app, they will never get the call. If I let it ring and they pick up, I end up with 2 connections, one from my call to the house and one from the app. There needs to be a way to stop if from calling my cell phone if the call initiates from the cell phone.
Traveling in Panama, cannot make a call to a local Avis office because I have no credits. But in order to get talk credits I must play games or watch videos I have absolutely no interest in. Can I just buy talk credits? No because the link appears to be inactive. It wouldn't be such an inconvenience but we've been stranded here due to Covid-19 travel restrictions. After reading reviews about this application, I decided to personally check its work. It's a shame, but I couldn't call, even adding credits to my account. I can't even call my mobile number, nor the mobile of my friends in other countries. Someone told here about some "OBSCURE destinations", please explain what it is, because I can't call anywhere. It seems that the application does not work at all. Explain what directions you think are clear so I know where I can call. now I give you one star, hope you fix it all.
Outbound calls are working well, inbound doesn't work at all, even with a dedicated voip device. Unfortunately there is no customer support or ability to change settings for the account.
I have same problem, app doesn't accept calls. I did reinstall it, but it had no effect. In a last a few days I replaced my phone with the newer one it still doesn't work. And, yes I tried today 3/26/19 Now is November 2019, problem not fixed, still not accept calls simultaneous with DUO.
Useless with Android 11. No updates so far. Very lazy bunch The old dongle that I use (I bought 5 reserves) is cheap plastic. It crashes often especially if the Internet goes down a few seconds and does not reboot alone.
It wouldn't connect I was told that I had to use the same email and this is my second one the first was changed with no prob. Oh well I'll send it back to amazon the tone of the phone was there but I'm not sure y the renew.
with this latest update still unable to make calls or receive calls this app worked before not sure if it was an android update or one of there updates that now cause the app not to work very disappointed I replied on the app to work remote now I have to find something else after all these years I also have a magic jack and that seems to work so I may have to switch
The issue is when I changed the password on desktop login, the nettalk app on smartphones still works and do not ask for new pw unless I signout and then try to login only then it will login with new PW. The issue is if someone in the family is using net talk and if we use chat app they will be able to read the message unless they have logged out before I changed the PW. If they never log then they will be able to make calls, use and read others chat irrespective of changing the PW.
I port my cell number to this service in 2016, for few years, it working fine but this year app is not working, I contact them for support but their support is useless and very slow response.
VM feature not working on OnePlus 8T using Android 11. Tried using my older OnePlus 6, and it works fine. This is using Android 10. Can you update the app to make it functional?
International calling used to work perfect but now every destination i call i hear please add talk credit to complete your call even i do have credit in my acoount please nettalk fix this issue or i have to look for a diff phone service provider
In this app not working purchase Talk credits and not displaying any rates, when i want to see rates per minute to certain destination. Please fix it.

I buy a VIP plan in this app, I want to get 20% discount for international calls, but i cannot call to any countries. I want refund immediately. I am also going to complain on NetTalk INC in the organization of consumer protection. Frauds!
can't make calls with app since past 8-10 days.. OS is up to date reinstalled app too still no luck..
Call fails about 50% of the time, have to force stop app (basically) to get functional again.

the only complaint that i have is: i cant receive calls on the android phone app.
Very bad application and service, because most international destinations do not work for calls. The system says that you need to add credits even though they are in my account, or I just hear a beep as if a connection is going and then disconnects. Unfortunately, no one is doing anything about it if I could put 0 stars, I would put. waste.
