After last update of the application I'm not able to make any changes of the watch faces because "Save" button doesn't work at all. When I click on the button the changes is not saved and the application is useless like that. I try to uninstall the application and installing again but the result is sill same. I trying this with a few watch faces and none worked.

I have had garmin watch for few days now, so I am not aware how this application worked before. All over the app is fine, it can be better(the design, app selection, etc) but I can work with it. The most annoying thing is that I cant save the installed app (within the application) preferences so I need to uninstall it cause its just useless. Would be great if you can fix this.

I use to be very happy with this app but people have been reporting the same glitch for some time and unfortunately still no fix regarding the endless annoying messages you keep getting that your memory is full when it's not. Also, I can no longer download new watch faces with ease. App gets stuck in queued mode and even when installed it tells me that it is not, making it impossible to modify settings for the watch face.

This app is broken. As many have reported, attempting to make changes to watches faces within the Settings sees the Save button do nothing, leaving you to exit the screen without changes occurring. I have reported this twice to the developer via the email link below, only to receive an automated reply 2 months later with links to "troubleshooting", or a request to send my watch back? What on earth?

The uninstall button needs a yes/no to continue. Or a way to save customization. Because if you accidentally hit the uninstall button, which is right next to the install, you instantly lose everything which could mean hours of customization work lost. I sat in angry silence after this happened to me.

DO NOT UPDATE: Latest updates managed to break compatibility with Android 10 or lower: The save button doesn't work. One can not save any config settings for face watch apps or music apps. Quick Google shows that Android 11 users can't reproduce the issue. The issue is described on Garmin forums since March 2022.

Refuses to recognize my device within its own app, but IQ apps and etc. are recognized in Garmin Connect app. Can't send feedback about downloads without being able to access them within the IQ app which makes the whole process worthless. Constantly says my device isn't connected in this app, even when I access the app through Garmin Connect!

After the last update 'Save' button doesn't work for saving changes to the custom watchface. Other users reported it here as well. Needs a fix ASAP since it's one of the major reasons to use the app in the first place.

If you own a Garmin watch or device then you need to get this app. I own a Garmin watch and it's always a fun experience being able to customise the look as well as all the other apps and data fields. I would suggest that more content be available. This app is great and you should download it for sure if you own a Garmin watch or device that is compatible with this connect IQ store. for the people who made this as well as those who create the different watch faces and the other content thanks

I think the app is great, but looking at analogue watches and the definition of the hands, I don't think that the displays to download and install a particularly good, especially compared to Apple and Samsung

Got an inexpensive used Vivoactive 3 to see how I'd like a fitness watch. Pretty cool! Garmin is a good choice because the battery lasts for days and the screen looks best in full sun. Software is quite good too, and Connect does everything I'd want it to.

I think it unbelievable that when designing a watch face I can only change the color of the minutes and the day of month and not the hour or month. What kind of stupid BS is that. Been like that since I started using the app.

Can't add two faces from photo album at a time. At least not for Fenix 6 x and with android. Also terrible music selection choices. Monopolized with only Spotify much?? Downloads face onto watch but doesn't show up on watch

I have been unable to customize installed watch faces. Tapping the Save button does nothing. I have attempted to reinstall the watch faces, update firmware, clear app cache, factory reset watch, nothing works.

Horrible experience. Some watch faces are free. Others charge. I accidentally clicked a watch face to download that required a payment. I didnt even download it and was charged over 100$!!! Unbelievable. Garmin needs to 1. Post prices. 2. Take responsibility for managing transactions. Huge lack of integrity here. Garmin where is the corporate accountability? Be very careful. The app as far as I can tell is 80% a scam.

The store has major performance issues. It's always been like this sinds the first iteration. Regular retry on the server connection sadly also part of the standard experience.

Wonderful app! Haven't had a single issue in over a year of owning the app. Tons of things to explore and an instant upgrade to any smartwatch.

Charged my watch and all of a sudden no watch face. IQ won't connect. Restart phone and watch, watch face gone. Wait for everything to updated still gone. Not even installed inside the app anymore. I despise when apps and devices do this stuff, please fix

Pretty good app with room for improvement. Search function for example should have a 'search free ...' option. Now have to wade through hordes of mediocre payware before I see the freeware I'm after

You can choosed different kinds of watch faces for free. i had a different brand of expensive watch before but it so complicated to get this kind of stuff.

At least once a week it updates all my downloaded watchfaces on my watch so none of them work. Then I have to uninstall them and reinstall. Or try resetting the watch. Try different reset options until one works. A continously growing frustration!

Poor reports. No adequate distance stats where you can see the distance passed in a week, month, year, let alone breaking them down into activities. I want simple user-friendly performance stats that show key things: distance per time period narrowed down by activities. That is just how it was on Endomondo.

At this moment 1/5 as very frustratingly I can't make any changes to settings in Connect IQ. Please before everything else, make this functional again, otherwise the app is garbage if you can't adjust settings. When it was working correctly, it was worth at least a 4/5.

The app really struggled to detect my Venu 2 Plus. And after my phone died the venu 2 plus was, once again, disconnected from the app. Even with watch in pairing mode and with all Bluetooth settings blazing, it was a struggle to connect.

So far so good still learning all the metrics. No connection issues like Fitbit. Battery is much better. Charging time is good.

Problem with "more from this developer". No results after scrolling. Everything I try to add gets stuck on "installing" so app setting can't be used.

I really wish if they change the color of the app icon. I keep clicking it by mistake because it's the same color of Garmin connect app.

This app has started to put my forerunner 230 into a bootloop when I try to swap faces, very frustrating I hope this can be resolved soon.
