Absolute joke to try and get to speak to anyone or get a response. Received o system to activate a count, wait for 30 mind to find the appointment. Very poor customer service
When I first installed the app it said off line for the first 24hrs or so , but that was because it hadn't been uploaded by affidea I tried the following day AFTER it said it was available to view and it was there . AFFIDEA are sending the text to download the app before it has uploaded the scan results. Just give it time and it will be there. It was very handy to be able to show the results to my doctor.
Worked just fine for me. I installed app when I got the text message to say images were available. Followed instructions on opening app. Did get an error 'API calls quota exceeded' but it didn't appear to impact anything. And images there. Don't know how long I will have to wait for report but at least I can show images to physio.
I can't download app. It says that it will download later but never does. Also it shows two phone makes which none of them are mine to install too. What's up with this app?? It needs to be fixed. Looking at other reviews it seems to be the same old story.
Awful, does not work - you cannot access your scans/xrays etc. Loading circle goes around and around....I tried numerous times and same issue. Why has this on going problem not being fixed as it same issue that everyone has with this app
This app does not work. I have followed all instructions and I either get the message that it is offline or invalid. I have tried it on my PC too and also states that it is off line. This is very frustrating.
App returns "Error - unable to establish connection. The request timed out" almost immediately on login. Unable to access my records on mobile ahead of consultant visit. Useless!
Very poor Ap Says its installed but it's not. Received message saying Affidea had to install it. Now 6 hours later. Notice that all the Medical Apps that use this technology all have 3 star rating. So giving problems everywhere. Why cant they just send the results to the patients email after the referring doctor has received the report. 2 weeks after the report was completed I'm still waiting for it
Total joke, Crashes when you try to open, if it opens no scan there, says offline. I rang Affidea, you get over 20 min waiting with Dexter theme music, nice, and a woman saying, Affidea, Why Wait. All I can say is if the people who developed this app are looking for a QA person to make sure it works, give us a call. because at minute. Sackings are on cards, and if not they should be.
App does not work on Samsung phone. Does allow me to sign in and displays my details and my doctor's details but tells me that my scans are invalid. Would give the app zero stars if I could...absolutely useless!
I keep trying to view but it says 'the request is invalid'. I have logged in successfully and it shows the scan details and my doctor's name. Try the website instead, mine worked there.
i was told again and again by the people manning the helpline that my issue would be resolved if i downloaded the app. Against my better judgement i downloaded the app. Sure enough, just like i thought, the app has nothing more than the website.
the phone service has been completely broken because "everything is on the app!!" but the app is as broken as the phone line. the whole thing is so frustrating.
I got my report... I wanted to download and see on my pc but it doesn't do it. I try on 3 phones. Okay so let's try printing... Nope again nothing. This app is dreadful!
Absolutely shocking , I have tried to access my file but it actually takes my phone over and blocks access , I have to keep re starting my phone... Worse app ive ever used
The staff were friendly efficient, and kind. I suffer with claustrophobia the staff made me feel safe and comfortable.❣
Doesn't work for me. Keep getting 'Error Invalid Request' despite scan details and date being listed. No images available.
App doesn't work on Samsung phone. Got notification that my scan ready for viewing, but can't see on this app.
App just doesn't work. Can see it has an x-ray and MRI of mine, but they're "offline" and inaccessible.
Useless. Tried to load images multiple times and my phone just went black. I'm going to uninstall the app before my phone tanks.
Can't get into my account.. Keeps saying invalid.. This is frustrating. I've logged in successfully may times but today it's Invalid.
Needs improvement badly. I downloaded it, opened it, worked once and then gives me a black screen
App doesn't work. Just a constant loading circle. Can't even exit the app.
Does not work. Not possible to view scans, as with other reviewers nothing loads. Waste of time and disappointing.
DON'T EVEN BOTHER DOWNLOADING THIS APP. It simply doesn't work! It doesn't deserve one star but I had to put something in as it won't allow no stars.

Rubbish. Don't waste your time! Why do they tell you in Affidea to go online and view your MRI when the App is useless! Had to give 1 star or it wouldn't send. Not worth a curse!
Mine seems to be a lot of peoples experience of it. Downloaded app- signed in- Can't view scans Tried on 2 different android phones
Brilliant. You can view your own scans shortly after they're ready & eventually the written report on them too. All scans & reports saved on account. In my experience med staff can also access Affidea scans & reports with permission without having to do print outs etc. Great for follow up care.
