Doesn't let me log in. Says my stuff is invalid and when I tried to create an account through the app, it sends me an email to complete the process, but when I click the link it doesn't do anything. I put in a password after creating an account on the kiosk, put the password in the app, says it's invalid. Create a brand new password, still invalid.

I would give less but that's what you get when your app doesn't actually work. I reset my password and it immediately says the very password I set is incorrect. Try to set up new account and it says I am not connected to internet even though a uninstalled and reinstalled app. Wint let me scan QR off kiosk because it says their own QR is invalid. Wow. What a useless app.

I'm able to use my biometric scan on the machine itself. I'm trying to use the app to update funds instead of whipping out my credit card. So on this app I have entered my email address and my passcode it keeps showing incorrect information. I went back to the kiosk to make sure that all the information was correct and then try to add it to the phone once again and it still not work. Frustrating! 🤔

Tried to use my app to pay and it was asking me to sign in. It keeps telling me that my password or email is incorrect even though I changed my password. Even after uninstall and reinstall. Still doesn't work after multiple tries so the problem is obviously NOT FIXED!

New update: 5/9/22 I was able to uninstall the app, reinstall the app and make a purchase, then the next day I was back to receiving the same error message about not having network connect, I tried on our wifi and my 5g, still receive the same error message. Original update :Worthless app and when you reach out for assistance they ignore you

App worked great for 2 years, but it asked me to sign in recently and I can't. I try and try to reset my password but it doesn't work. Update. App was fixed, and is working great again. Thank you for your fast response.

The app information is inaccurate. The only advantage of this app is being able to access my account with the machine/kiosk is malfunctioning or damage by an idiot who used chemical on the cheap finger print scanner. The cheap kiosk matches this cheap app.

Like another review I read tells you incorrect password, even after uninstalling and reinstalling, which by the way does not fix your problem, don't offer an unfinished product and then make people attempt to fix your product failures by instructing them to uninstall and reinstall. Also not a big fan of the fact I could enter my card information then immediately get locked out, that's a huge red flag. TLDR: DO NOT INSTALL THIS HORRENDOUS POTENTIAL SCAM

Already have a kiosk account when logging into it on the app and trying to make a password, no matter what I put or how many characters it always says I'm not putting enough characters into it. I use the kiosk all the time and it is infuriating that the app just won't work.

This app is the worst. It has recently started telling me i have no connection when i am trying to make a purchase. Now i cant get in touch with anyone to get a refund on my balance. They tell you how to request a refund in the app but that doesnt work. When you call they just hang up on you. This is a sorry app and a sorry company. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

App is broken. Local POS terminal out of service. Try to purchase locally using app, won't go past location entry screen. Put local location in, app says already linked to another location, can't clear from memory either within app, or going online. No support, no contact information available. No problem linking bank account and charging me! Can't use the funds that have already been taken from me! One sided and unsupported. Stay away!!

Total waste of time. Scanner at market was broken. Kept pulling down in app to try get nearby markets but nothing would load. Searched all around the market looking for a location code I could manually input but there was nothing. Getting a refund and deleting this app.

The app is not what I expected. I got it since the sign said there are rewards and discounts, and there are no rewards. Just an ad for 25 cents off Red Bull. Super weird it doesn't let you input how much you want to recharge, kind of shady. No Google Pay option either. Also I don't know if the same company manages both the kiosks and app, but $1.62 for a candy bar is pretty steep and guessing everything else is 2x markup of retail price. If it was reasonable, I'd shop often. Skip the app.

I created my account, funded it, confirmed my email, but the kiosk would not recognize the QR code on the app and would not let me pay. I tried to log into my account on the kiosk instead, and it said my account didn't exist (yes I verified my email). I tried to use the app to scan the QR code on the kiosk, but of course it won't recognize the QR code. Not a single function of this app works except for the ability to save your card and take your money. Absolutely useless and very suspicious.

If you have any amount of money in the account it won't let you add the exact amount to make your purchase and it forces you to add 10 bucks or more. This is a cheap ripoff. Fix this stupid app and stop forcing people to add more money than what is needed. Your prices are already ridiculous and now you wanna force people to pay more.

It would definitely be 5 stars, except im no longer getting my email receipts since January. App isup to date and account information is up to date as well. Other than that, App is amazingly easy to use!!👍

Moto G Fast here and I can stand right in front of the machines and not detect them. Beyond useless app. Just do not bother, if the card reader is down and you're out of cash order delivery or starve as this app will make you angry while you starve instead.

This app is awful. I'm sorry if you have to use it. The most glaring issue is the fact that the "touchless" part doesn't work. Even with it set not to require a pin, it asks you to enter a pin into the kiosk, completely defeating the "touchless"part. You will literally touch the kiosk less if you just scan your items are use a credit card. This app adds nothing except, amazingly, make it take, extra time and touches to buy stuff.

While the idea is wonderful and the app has always functioned fine for me, it requires a minimum $5 deposit and no way to get your extra money refunded back to you. For example, if I have $1.15 in my account and drinks are $1.20, I have to deposit in a minimum of $5.00 just to get the extra .05 I need. And I also have no way to get back money I have already deposited. So once it's there, it's there until you spend it. Disappointing because the app itself and the idea is a good one. But the $5 minimum is crazy. A $2 minimum would be much better if they aren't going to let you get your money out of Connect and Pay purgatory.

Convenient, but twice now I've had funds simply disappear from my account. I'll fund, say, $10, then make purchases totalling less than $5, but my balance will be less than $3. How does that happen?

Borders on the brink of a scam considering you can never use a remaining balance. If you have $1 left and go to buy a $2 item, you can not use the $1 on your account and $1 from a different payment method. You also cannot add a custom amount of money, so you will almost always be left with extra money in your account. Most other apps like this give you the ability to use a remaining balance and different payment method. I'd highly advise against loading via the app or just use a CC to pay

I don't know if it's the app, their machines at work, or their system overall, but sometimes I add money using the app, and the money goes right through. Other times I add money, and it takes literally until the next workday for funds to show up in the machines. It's quite frustrating. When you're hungry. I try to keep it loaded, but there's been times where I've been so busy, and it sucks to pay and not be credited for hours.
