This app is painfully slow. Click ANY choice and you're guaranteed a 15 or 20 second wait while that choice Loads. Even scrolling down three or four pages is a tedious ordeal. When you have to click 6 or 7 options to get the info you're after that can add up to 5 minutes of time watching the timer spin. The desktop site is no better. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE 😡 in 2019 👎

I don't know what the heck all of these people are whining about. The app works just fine and it loads and runs very quickly. It's not as slick as maybe it could be, but it's entirely usable and serves its purpose just fine. Maybe their issue is that they've not taken the time to figure out how it works, and that they have slow devices that can't support the app properly. Take the time to learn how the app works (pro tip: It's basically the same as the web portal!), and pony up some cash for an Android device that runs something newer than Android Marshmallow.

Joke of an app. It won't open and my phone times out several times while waiting. If you're going to have an app for homeowners to interface with their HOA, how about building one that actually works in a manner with having? It shouldn't take as long as it does for the app to open. Edit: My phone is fully up to date and no system updates are available. Try again.

App keeps crashing and exits about 8 out of 10 times. The website is a bit better but hard to navigate around. Should make it more stable and easier to use. Called agent at the end because I could not find what I was looking for. They had great service and tried to help but didn't know enough info to resolve my problem.

I created account via app, can login and see property info fine. App does crash when opening PDFs. Seeing community calendar is nice to have. Is a little slow. Only real issue was after account creation I clicked login then entered new id and password and was sent to the enter account info screen again. I closed the app, reopened and then it logged in fine.

registration awful - kept scrambling my phone number, said password didn't meet requirements but wouldn't tell me what the requirements are. Yes, I did tap on the ?, and it did not respond. I finally managed to do it, but whole experience was terrible and took way longer than it should have.

The app is fine when it works, which it rarely does. Everytime I login to the app, it asks me to set up a new property and I can't skip/close the screen. I can't actually access the property that I've already added because I can't close the screen and I can't reenter my property again (error about the property already being claimed).

Not happy....can log into website, but not app. Sent an email to support for assistance in March...no response....and in May....no response. All the support staff responding to these negative ratings ask you to email them for support, I am wondering if those customers ever received assistance. I was hoping to get assistance before a negative post in case there was a process I need to complete before complaining. Clearly, this the only way to get noticed.

Crashes everytime I try and look at a PDF document. I can't even download them either because that makes it crash as well!

Awful registration experience. This app is asking to switch between the app and web to complete registration. After that you are greeted with Unable to Login contact customer service etc.. what a waste of time

The whole online FirstResidential experience is messy and this app is unfortunately not an exception. Guys at FirstResidential should spend some more time testing and troubleshooting otherwise just keep the old school pencil, paper and mail

Complete joke. I tried to log in and it said it is not the user/password that they have on file. Went to the website on my desktop and logged right in with the EXACT SAME INFORMATION. Uninstalling.

registered on webpage but won't let me enter my account. phone app won't let me login with same account and won't let me create new one. at least website and app are consistently useless.

NEVER USE THIS APP. That way, you'll use it as often as First Residential does. The app works fine, First Residential does not. Your requests will go unanswered. If you live at a First Residential property, you already know this. An app does not suddenly make a company competent.

Horrible app. Website is equally bad. Customer service on the phone was even worthless. Why is it SO HARD to create user friendly sites and provide good service on the phone?

Hopefully you are still designing this app and did not spend all of the HOA fees on this. Definitely needs some work! Will redownload when usable.

Just downloaded this app. Can't register because there is no country code for United States of America. Seriously? Yes, seriously!

App is useless it just doesn't work. Not able to view or download any documents. Don't waste your time on this one.

freezes and closes constantly no matter what type of action. Keep logged in does not work.

A year later and it still loads GLACIALLY SLOWLY and requires login every time despite checking the 'save log in' box.

I hate this app. It never finds my credentials and is slower than watching hair grow.

This App is worthless. It won't load and from the reviews this is not limited to a single person or phone type. The number of reviews complaining about the same thing should be a clue you need to rewrite this from scratch. Shoddy piece of work and you should be ashamed to have published something as faulty as this in the first place.

Doesn't allow login - says invalid login and password but Desktop site works just fine

The reviews are correct. The App is an epic POS. Total fail. Did you actually test this? Fire your IT department or vendor. They are costing you money to look like idiots. You would better off going without a mobile app than letting this thing attempt to front for your company. Hell no. I'm not debugging your app. Fix it yourself.

Fix your app already. I'm embarrassed for you. Maybe read all of the one-star reviews before mine? There's some more details. I shouldn't have to re say what everybody else is already saying..

Can't get past cookies cache even on a pc. They ARE ENABLED.
