I managed to get the lights and 42 other devices connected... The instructions with the devices were incorrect. The functionality of this app is much less than the "Tuya smart" app. So your better off installing that one. All the devices are compatible, it works exactly the same way. It's just updated much more frequently and has more functionality.
Enjoying the lights so far. Disappointed that there isn't a list of the available commands. Few things that I would like to see: 1) An option to add more scenes (not scenarios) instead of only editing the defaults. 2) The ability to change scenes via Google Home Voice commands and include them into routines. 3) Online list of default Google Home commands for the devices. Have given 4 stars. Happy to change once these 2 items are fixed.
Smart lights work pretty well. A bit tricky to get the first bulb going but then after that, the other one was auto detected. Automations work as expected, scheduled lights to come on at sunset, dim when is bedtime then turn off at sunrise. Was pretty intuitive to get done. Also connection to the Google assistant was simple and straightforward. Pretty happy with this, given the price point of the bulbs, it's really great value.
Nothing works. I have been through every conceivable option and setup. Avoid this app and their hardware whatever you do!
Was working well, though the scenario widget was removed recently, making it inefficient to turn on or off my lights. Please add them back.
Indescribable how bad these devices are. I have tried for hours on several different days to connect the smart 360 full hd camera, even taking the first camera back thinking it might be a lemon. Every setting on/off, all the different connectivity possibilities and have kept patient through it all. Please don't do it to yourself. I'm fairly shure im not as stupid as these things make you feel.
Horribly buggy, often unusable. Connecting the devices (light bulb, in my case) to wifi is convoluted and in general, a chore. The app has stopped working many times, in many different ways. It's just a poorly made app. To add insult, the developers support email doesnt even work.
The only issue I am having is with the alarm notifying me that someone is there. It's not loud enough when it does and even though it 100% captures the footage every time, it doesn't always sound an alarm. How do I fix both of these issues?
The problem is, their products disconnect often from wifi. It makes them pretty useless. This app doesnt help a bit. The guide provided with the lights are from older app version. The GUI is non-intuitive, the QR code function didn't work for me.
Works fine, has groups, automations etc. Connects to devices easily once phone temporarily set to a 2.4Ghz network. Some issues receiving verification email to my live account, but ok to Icloud address. Used optional phone number and received code instantly. Trouble sharing setup to other family members though, so logged support ticket.
A bit disappointed by this app and the lights I bought. Would be good to update this app to be able to group 2 or more light bulbs to be the same colour/phase of colour changes/brightness and add more features and customisable "scenes" etc
I bought the Smart Light Bulbs. Was disappointed to find out I can only schedule then to turn on or off but not both. I hope you can change that in the next update of the app. Cheers mark
Camera instructions don't match with the app. Device doesn't reset without being on charge. Camera doesn't read the QR code if it's not on charge and when it does it won't connect. Yet it had been charged all night.
nice rgb light bulb love it also the fact that u can animate it swiching out colors is so cool to me
Finally got app connected to mobile phone but it having trouble go to camera view once selected, loading
Drops out all the time so bulbs not detectable by the app. Practically useless from the what it's supposed to do point of view. Turned lights on via Google home this evening. Now not detected. Pretty standard scenario
I have 3 sets of fairy lights set up through this app and recently I cannot change their flash settings, the option is no longer available. It used to have 6 or 8 flash settings and now nothing.
With a bit of effort was able to change Wifi to 2G And changed to using Apple instead of Android So finally have my smart lights connected The app works perfectly and easy to manage lighting remotely Once Wifi updated will be worthy of higher rating Keen to see if it works as easily when away from home
Trying to reconnect camera, it says it's paired to another account which I do not have, not very impressed send a message in the app you tell me to contact the manufacturer? I thought you was the manufacturer? And if not I want there name email and phone number!!!! Not happy as I spent the day on a ladder installing it yesterday
worst app ever, got a connect security camera, its installs fine and works the first time only, ones you go back into the app and try to use the camera, don't not connect or wake up, tryed 7x and had to get a refund on the camera. very poor 😢
Why does google ask for a pin when using voice commands with garage door opener? What pin??
Terrible UI, multiple errors just trying to register a device. And it took 10mins to send through a verification code. Terrible experience.
Not worth buying the camera. The software fails constantly. Takes photo too late so cannot get accurate description. A complete waste of money.
Have been trying to connect a smart security camera for the last 6 hours, tried everything with no luck. Different phones and wifi networks. Will be returning the camera tomorrow.
What a waste of money. I can't bind the account to google home for sensor use with other products. It can't even find its own products. Cheap for a reason. Pay a bit more and get a better brand.
Useless customer support. They claim they are just a digital company. While 40% of our appliances work, they either only do 1 basic action, or won't at all. They stopped emailing me.when I provided proof.
I'm sick of having to register to use products like this. There are not advantages to me in registering, just inconvenience. So I'm giving a low rating
MAJOR SECURITY FLAW. When using the Smart Wireless Garage Door Opener with Google Assistant instructing Google to open the door will ask for a pin, asking to close the door does not, asking the system to close a door that is already closed it will open the door without any checks and can let anyone open the door. Contacted support and reported issue the tech had no idea there was even a pin to open the door and advised they have no plans to resolve this issue. Happy with the system otherwise.
