Always freezes, hardly ever works. Not working more than it does work. Starting February 5th 2020 this app has become completely unusable. It crashes every time you try open a request. Emailed Monscirege app support 2 weeks ago and still haven't gotten a response.

Makes hotel staff task management easy and generates great data for reports
useless piece of c**p. Everytime it gets an update or sometimes without reason it stops working. you have to uninstall and install it again to work.
