There are no instructions where we can check to see what certain actions mean. For example, I received a notification saying "auxiliary alarm restoral". What does that mean? I asked my installer and he doesn't even know. Also I'm unable to change the sound notifications. The current sound notifications are annoying. You should be able to modify them.
The App is functional is about all one can say - it was last updated 3 years ago and is clearly overdue for an update, in many respects. It's user used unfriendly - eg notifications can be either on or off only, whereas most Apps give one a choice to at least silence or mute notifications. Time to modernise!
Although this is a nice app, 2 things are important as issues: 1) After I started to use the app 3 months ago, the sending of emails has also stopped (without my consent or any action) and I was just receiving the door bell notifications and 2) As of yesterday the notifications also are stopped to be received. Any hints to correct the above will be highly appreciated.
It use to notify me on a pop notification when opening and closing. Now it dont work anymore even after updating, uninstalling, removing the cellphone and re adding it. Tried everything, not working.
I cannot get mobile app notifications ...I have tried re-installing but it does not ask me to allow and I have set it to allow (android phone) Must I re-link the phone or similar? If so how do I do that in contacts? Also there is no SMS notification for Vodacom (First National Bank) carrier in South Africa...any work around?
Used to work really well, now is stuck on "exit delay" , and sends an email notification every 1-2 mins. Extremely annoying!!
It works. That's about it. Could use a major UI update and would be nice to see some widgets or integration with Smart Things
like this app. very easy to use. use this one more than one year and very happy !!! need some integration to Alexa or Google assistant, also need integration with nest.

Little tricky in that navigating can inadvertently have you log out. But great functions
Ancient UI, doesn't follow system theme.
Why am I being sent alerts about "Exit Delay " every 2 minutes? Please fix the issue.

Can't log out of the app to change email address, despite what the manual says. It remembers the account event after uninstall/reinstall. The navigation is messed up, in general it's not intuitive, for example pressing back takes you out of the app rather than the main screen. The notification sounds are annoying and not intuitive to change.
SDS security supplier sent us a link already logged on to the app using old password. I changed the password and I expect that the link sent earlier will then bring you to login screen to enter new credentials but it didn't. It went through as if password was not changed so anyone who can get that link can easily control your security. Plus could not log out. Please fix ASAP!!!! Thanks
This is a great app! It does not keep your password as indicated by other reviewers. Your password to arm or disarm the system is your system password and must be entered for each arm disarm command. The password for the web account link is sent to you from connect 2 go. Using the app is a little non-intuitive however it does work well.
Good app but it saved my password so I don't even have to actually enter it. This is not a good thing if someone gets ahold of my phone they will have access to my alarm code and subsequently access to my house. This is a very big issue and needs to be fixed in an update soon.
Much better than the having to login using the Web, after getting an email. Would be nice to have instructions on hove to label the zones.
The only bug that I have found in the app is that when you hit "Arm," You must hit the home button, then Hit the home icon, THEN you are able to type the code in & disarm the system. It's an unnecessary step that could easily be resolved. Other then that, the module itself is a tremendous product that absolutely works. I've installed many of them, & the module itself has never been a problem.. But the app most certainly has.
