Pretty slow and a bunch of bugs which make it a hassle to deal with. It can be unclear when you're supposed to work, it changes availability at random, it crashes or just doesn't load at all, and it's very cumbersome to see when you or your coworkers work. Yes, it has nice features too but overall not a great experience :/. I think it needs more optimization and a calender view where you can easily see when you work, and it could be colour coded so you can get a clear overview.
Update : New version has fixed the issue . Thanks App is really good, it's helping our business to be organised. But it crashes in the middle of creating task. Support team said uninstall app and reinstall again , but same issue. Then they said make video and send us to verify, Too much hassle. Just try to make a task by yourself , a long task , the you will see how much it's crashing . Quick task creation is fine, but if you take your time to write description, it will just shut down the app.
I've been using the Timeclock feature for the past 3 months, and I must say I love it. Super intuitive and easy to use. And it integrates with different payroll providers. Great app 👌 👏
I am using this app with my business and it is a complete game changer! The time clock with the breadcrumbs really helps me save time and the job schedule is so easy to use freeing up so much time to focus on more important things for my business ! 😄
This app is absolute trash, nine times out of ten it opens with a white screen, nothing loads and you have to continuously reopening over and over again. I'm refusing to use this app again. And I'm supposed to use this for work. Laughable.
This was an amazing app up until the most recent update 8.2.2 which wrecks havoc. With this new update you can no longer go into time clock, click on an individual and adjust the times manually or even see where the gps had them cocked in at until they clock out. Those we're big features for us for using this app.
Every day I go into the app and turn off notifications in the schedule because I'm on vacation, and every day I still get notifications that my vacation shift is about to start. The app just does not retain settings after you change them
Had an issue with uploading photos hot working and wouldnt let me clock in or out. 2am sent an email. Got a response in minutes! Within 2 hours was able to clock out and in and they explained the issue and r that they were going to send out a fix for the photo uploads issue the same day. Didnt expect any response, especially that early in the morning! They seem to actually care about their product and that it works for us. Most apps try to blame the user and phone. These guys work fast!
If i open the app there's like 20 notifications from my employee. In less i go into the app i don't get notifications. I already triple check my settings on notifications. Is not set to disable notifications so I'm not sure what the problem is !
Cant log in..only let's me type in number and then nothing.. the code it sends I cant type anywhere cus its stuck on phone number?? Then a lot of spam messages come through with 2 numbers etc..and calls from potential fruad numbers. Strange. Have uninstalled and tried again but wont let me on..have emailed you so ile wait to see what next..thanks.
1) I don't want to have another app taking up space on my phone 2) I struggle with small screen and no keyboard - prefer to complete important and complex info on a laptop 3) I can't upload documents stored on my laptop using my phone. Please - how can I use this on my laptop?
Loved the time clock. And found out that it's much more than a time clock app. It's all in one. It has communiction (chat,forms,updates) and also HR features 🥰
I was using the account ok until after 3 weeks, there was a window that opened saying "Authentication Required". It shows a grey face ID and finger print icon and then it says "Add your device's unlock method in order to authenticate and access the app". And then it shows a green button that says "Go to settings". But after setting no idea were to go from there and I can't log in or access the app.
I was already annoyed the minute it refused to let me just open it in a browser tab. So I have to download yet another app to clutter my storage. Everyone in the world uses a different communication app, and at least some let you avoid the ridiculous app no one uses for anything besides work and don't even want to have. My phone has enough on it without having to get another one of these, so I already don't appreciate that, but we'll see if it changes my mind.
I'm so sick of the glitches in this app. It's slow. Freezes. Shuts down. The problems are never ending. Fix it.
I have one major complaint. I use this for two different companies. When I switch between them, it wants me to log in each time. Make it simple!
Definitely not the best of experiences. since the updates have occurred every time I upload photos what tends to happen is the photos come up as black with no picture my 2nd issue is daily activity reports or Internet reports that are created if you back out of the app your last entry is completely gone even though you still are not done with your daily activity report or incident report the 3rd thing that is wrong is as you're typing the app freezes and forces you to back out which also eras
Updating from a previous review. This app works well and does in fact offer a free version. Great for a small employee load with the same tasks each day. The paid version looks like it would be very helpful for those needing more specfics and workforce tasks. Recommend.

Fantastic app. Not sure what all the negative comments are about. Our organization has 180 employees running the app on different devices works like a charm. Sometimes there are bugs like any system which gets resolved within 24 hours always. Phenomenal work connecteam, the small percentage of your users that have negative feedback doesn't represent the majority.
So simple to use, and the customer service is amazing! They answer so quick i was amazed
This program is terrible. Connection issues, slow to connect and a clunky UI. I'm just glad that I've left the failure of a company that uses this failure of an app.

Amazing App but can't edit to-do list once created. Every time I do it crashes. I can't add, edit, remove sub-tasks, I can't change or extend time. The work around is having to duplicate the task. Then make changes. (The Amazing developer already had these bugs in it's spotlight and was working hard on a fix long before I wrote this which I love! Thank you guys. You are phenomenal fixing a common problem for your clients so quickly!)
Connecteam is an amazing app !!!! Highly recommended !!!! Besides the app which helps me manage my employees in the most efficient way , their customer support is superb and beats any company out there !! I am so happy I signed up , this has changed my life and saves me so much time for scheduling , payroll or even simple communication with my employees. Don't hesitate to make the change, it will be the best decision you will make as an employer !!!!
Its a better time card app than most, but my biggest annoyance with it is the "most used" job selection. I mainly work in the office 4/5 days a week, but sometimes have to work specific jobs that I only select once and then dont re-use. But in the "most used" job selection, "office work" doesn't come up despite being my most selected job by far. I always have to search for it, meanwhile all the one-off jobs I've done pop up first! Pls fix! It also takes a while to start up the app.
