The app and the website are worthless. It's apparently too technical -- not user friendly. All of a sudden, I'm asked a security question I don't remember answering. There's always a snag trying to access the site. 2 months ago, the error message was I had to change my password but it couldn't be the same as the last 13 passwords I used. No one remembers all the passwords you tech people force us to create. EBT balance doesn't need top security. We have PINs to purchase.

This app used to work, but we haven't been able to log in for at least the past month. Tried it on two different phones in several different locations. The circle spins for a couple of minutes and then we get a server error. We even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Same issue. Pretty worthless if you can't log in. Don't know where to get support or submit a report about the problem.

This app used to work but now every time I try to log in I get a sever error message. I've tried uninstalling and re installing the app, tried resetting the network settings on my phone and restarting my phone. Nothing worms to fix the issue and there's no where to go to report the problem so kind of feeling like it's a lost cause at this point. It was good while it lasted.

App always worked good before. I've been using this for a year or so I believe. It makes you change your password every few months so that's kind of annoying but understandable I guess. Now the bad, it literally doesn't work at all anymore. It says "server error" when I try to log in. Hasn't worked for a couple weeks. 🤷‍♀️

This app does not do what it's supposed to do. When I first downloaded it, I couldn't even make an account and after ignoring it for a while I kept getting a "limited license" notification when I wasn't even using the app, and then the same notification would pop up when I would try to open the app only to close it out. I've tried making an account twice now, and once I get to the end it tells me it can't authorize my credentials.

EDIT... Still does not work. No notices on how long it will be down. Completely ignored by all involved Used to be great, now it is broken. If I could give a negative score, I would. I loved that I no longer had to call the hotline, and this app gave a bit more info. Has not worked for almost two weeks. Feel like somewhere a bait and switch happened. Why offer an app, if it is going to crash and then not give any updates on when it will be fixed?

It will not allow me to log in. It keeps telling me my user ID and/or password is incorrect no matter how many times I have change them. I get a pop-up all the time, whether I'm using the app or not, pop-up states "limited licensing". I have never had problems until this month, March, and when the pop-started. PLEASE FIX.

So, dropping my rating to 2 stars cause well this app has become absolutely worthless, at least if you're based out of OK. Every time I try to sign in it just sits there and cycles until I finally get a "server error" message. So, maybe when the devs get their ducks in a row and I can actually access my EBT, I'll give them their stars back. UPDATE: After reading some other recent reviews, it seems my problem is happening across the board with everyone so, don't waste your time w/ this app.

I wish I could give negative stars. Been taken on a nice ring-around the rosy *trying*--and repeatedly failing--to log in. And for what? From what I've read, it just gives balance and transactions--which I can do with a quick phone call. The old Fresh EBT had other useful features (when you could get in), this is garbage.

Always have issues making a new password. Doesn't show the monthly deposit, which, you would think for an app that literally ONLY shows transactions and balance, would be pretty important to include. And recently been getting a "limited license" toast notification several times a day when the app hasn't even been opened.

Edit: it worked fine for months but for the past two months it wont let me log in. I have Uninstalled then reinstalled and it still won't work. I'll just go back to calling my card. It was working great for months! Once it hit July 2021, I try to log in and it hits me with a server error and I'm so frustrated!!

App used to work, now it doesn't. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, changed my password and everything and it still pops up saying server error when I try to log in. I was using the website for a bit, but now it doesn't work anymore either. I hate having to call it every time. PLEASE FIX IT!!!!

I hate this app so much! I used to use the FreshEBT app before my state switched to this BS app without notification. On other apps I am automatically logged in once I've logged in. In this app, I have to log in every single time. After changing from FreshEBT to this app, I can no longer see my balance after every transaction, only what I spent, which is very inconvenient.

UPDATE: NOW get non stop server error for over a week. App isn't even usable. Wish could give negative stars.--- ------------ For days it's crashed while trying to open it, and now for the last 3 days it's giving an error code, so the app won't load to check balance. It's frustrating that it's STILL not working

This app used to be great, but for the past couple months or so I have not been able to log in. Enter my password and just get a loading screen. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but still the same thing. Hate that I have to call to get a balance now...

Used to work great love the integrated biometric login. Recently it doesn't work. I login and the spinner starts spinning and that goes on for at least a minute and then I get a sever error. FIX IT SOON! Then I'll change my rating

Update! This app stopped working so I uninstalled it before it crashed my phone. I replaced the app with the "provider" app and I can get my ebt and disability benefits info all in one place! I love it and working great so far. I don't get server error like this app!!!

Getting nothing but a server error response for about a month now. And honestly, tired of creating a new password, just to have to change it a few months later...just when I've gotten memorized. It's gotta be a better app!

Server Error, EVERY SINGLE TIME. For over a month I have not been able to log in. Tried uninstalling and installing them app and nothing, it just shows a loading circle icon until it gives a "server error" message.

Keep getting notification that I'm using a limited time license and when I try to log in it says server error. I think this is a problem on their end and the app won't work til they get it fixed.

The ConnectEBT App hasn't functioned for me since January of 2022 and I haven't received any updates for it since Fall of 2021. The Apptakes 1 to 3 minutes of buffering when attempting log in then aborts and says "Server Error. This App was supposed to be convenient versus calling the EBT/SNAP Benefits Card for retrieving your balance but since broken I still to call the card to hear my balance which requires entering the entire card number and pin. The App is a useless waste of space.

Was a great app until the update. Now all I get is the spinning and spinning "trying" to load screen. Worked for a few weeks then down yet again! Wish they would fix this as it is a great app WHEN it works.

I love being able to easily see my balance, check my transactions, change my pin, and be able to easily report a lost or stolen card all without having to call and deal with automated selections and being on hold.

It no longer shows the monthly deposit amount which is important to see and it keeps saying limited license even when I'm not on the app. Please fix it to where you can see the deposit amount!!

Was working great then it won't let you log in keep saying Server error for 3 weeks now I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and still the same thing server error I wish someone would look into this that's the reason for the two stars other than that it would have been five stars

App no longer works. All we get is a server error after it attempts to login for a while. I can log into the website just fine, but not the app. So my username and password are not wrong.

Really find the app valuable . id love to see transactions listed from most recent and back then. To have tomanually switch months to get recent is a little akward and if notthe entire receipt( which of course would be the ideal situation) a little more detail about the transaction would be helpful

Awful app, work fine 4 months ago now it just simply does not work. They haven't even updated their app in that amount of time and I hate that I have to go to the website on my computer instead of using the app like it is supposed to.

Why can't I log in? First it won't let me request forgot user name. It tells me can't be authenticated and then tells me there's a common server exception. In no way does it let me log in. I've tried to use this app several different time. I've unistalles it 4 times in 6 months and not once have I gotten in this app.

I love being able to check my balance via app and not having to call in to do it. However, I can't see the credits/deposits (whatever you want to call them) anymore. Why did they stop letting us see the deposits??? Otherwise I would give this app 5 stars.
