I used to be able to use the app without creating an account but it appears they have fix that bug and now require some account just for me to connect to local hardware, dumb. Going to have to look online to see what kind of reverse engineering of the hardware has been done.
App stopped working after 25 days. Cleared cache, data, logged out, logged back in. Nonstop "data acquisition failure" notifications when trying to sync.
App updated and no longer gets past the Sign In screen. It used to work fine.
I was amazed with the products price, and easiness to pair and identify plants!
The backend seems down which makes the hardware a waste of money. Very disappointing.
Couldn't have asked for anything better! Love the app layout and its huge plant database.
I just lost a years worth of data because of this product. Unable to FORGET PASSWORD or RE-REGISTER. Asking for code. Do not buy this product until you see this company respond to the problems mentioned on these reviews.

Works with way to much babysitting. Basically it will say bluetooth disconnected all the time. If you do anything else on your phone or tablet it will disconnect from the device. The only way to get it to reconnect is to force shut down the app and turn off bluetooth. Open the app and allow the app to turn on your bluetooth. It will connect maybe 60% of the time. I was hopeful after the last firmware update to the device that mentioned bluetooth but it is no better. I have tried on multiple devices. All have the same connection issue. Still, i have a good idea how my plant is, but cannot check everyday because of how the app and device acts.
Bought the hardware. Synced via Bluetooth. Installed the app. Need to register an account. Enter email and password. Need to confirm email by entering six digit code received by email. Enter six digit code, "sign-in failed". Try three times, failed. No help link and can't get into the app without an account. IoT fail.
I like it, but the new update removed the daily graphical overview. That was the best part of the software, why is it gone?!?
I'm so confused because I got a multicolored bluetooth light bulb from Target and it said to install this app so I can control the light bulb colors and I have not been able to do that ever I have no idea what's going on with this Horticulture thing here
Love what the app and tracker does, only used it for a few days now but everything is working smoothly. Only reason its not a 5 star is because I'm 98% sure this app provides ad pop ups on my phone which is super disappointing since I already paid to have the hardware and now the developers is getting more money from annoying ads that are outside the app.
