While the wide array of connections you're able to make is a plus, the functionality of the app has been sub par. Using the site on a computer/ laptop is much better. For instance, the mobile app doesn't give you an option to edit your listing once posted. You have to go online from PC or laptop which can be very inconvenient being all data isnt stored on every usable computer. Please make the necessary improvements....

Buggy! They have a lot of bugs and fixes to do before this gets any other rating above a 2! Cant hit back on certain pages to look at the previous screen, it takes you back to the app startup page. No X or any other way of going back to previous screen. When at the Home icon it shows you properties but is not linked to PIN. Only gives you Ci properties and one other choice. When clicking on alerts from main screen it says property does not exist when it does if you go to your leads screen.

I'm yet to fully discover the app in full but was asked to report any bugs I notice. So far when messaging with other investors, I noticed I cannot see the entire message chain. All of my sent messages are gone and not in the message history. Would def help if it all stayed to keep up with conversations. Will report more once I have a more understanding and use of the app. Super great app by far

This app is the worst one i've tried yet. Dumb. Not much on it. Hardy no pictures. Waste of time.

Everything was going great within the app when all of a sudden it kicks me out of the app and I need to sign in again. I try signing in and nothing happens I try and creat another account and nothing happens. I still can't get back inside the app I thought the app was great until this happened. I don't recommend anyone wasting their time here.

I'm a previous member and can't login. It says that my user is blocked? I don't know why, maybe because I was inactive for a while? Please try and fix this, writing a review because no support email was provided.

Trash platform. I can't even send this to support... You're app doesn't work so well. Currently I am a member with a paid subscription, and many times it limits my messages and tells me that I need to be a member. I'm having great difficulty communicating on your platform which is unfortunate. I also have friend requests and group requests to approve, but it says "error occurred." Right now there isn't even a send button on this message to allow me to send this to support. FIX YOUR APP!

WORST app for real estate EVER...Dont waste your time on this specially if you use Android...it stays frozen on only one page...and when you request for them to check it out they dont even bother with it...its definitely NOT FREE...the cost to use all the beneficial features is more than a beginner can afford on a monthly basis...After processing payment and after watching ONLY ONE video on the app my account got suspended without notification or even contacting me about it, MY MONEY WAS STOLEN.

Such a straightforward and easy to use interface. It lays out ALL of your comparative data for your investment properties and makes it possible to see what's profitable and what isn't. My only feedback would be to extend the free trial

Excellent app. Love how you can map search, save favourites and even write notes on them. Plus it lays out the open home schedule for you! Only improvement would be if you could organise your saved properties in your own order.

I find the app very useful so far. I'm only beginning my property search and it's great to be able to make lists of favourites and be updated when they are no longer available, and generally get a 'feel for the current market.

If you're interested in dipping your toes into property investment, then this app is perfect for you. The UI is clean and scouting for properties is easy. My only gripe is that the font is a tad small.

this app is cool, great idea. but when some sends their email address in a message the app says "show email" but when click it the screen changes and never display the email or phone number. thats my only issue so far.

the app is ok for connecting people together, however here are a list of things I dont like about the app. cant share your email with potential buyers and sellers in a private msg or public one, cant send links/pics/video of leads in private or public msg, cant share phone numbers in private or public msg, cant see previously sent msg sent to added connections until you send a new msg (meaning conversation aren't visually available until a new msg is sent)forcing duplicate msgs, to name a few

A great and easy to use app! I am still exploring how it goes. This probably one of the most helpful with those who is interested in investment property. Never encounter any problem with the app as of the moment.

Easy to use. The pre made lists are very thorough, but easily customizable as well. My clients love the layout and user friendly reports!

So glad I found this app! I now have all my investment properties, a rental calculator and even a map all in one place. With accurate reports, precise calculations, estimates and projections I can literally manage all my real estate while on the go, no matter where I go!

Excellent app for flipping property. Easy to use and navigate! Just what I needed for my investment property. I think a live chat option would be helpful!

CiX by far is the best company for real estate investing hands down. Its all you need from start to completing your 1st deal. Staff is wonderful to work with and very supportive.

HORRIBLE!! You don't know the time and date when somebody leaves you a comment. When it gives you a notification that somebody has replied to your post, it doesn't even take you to the post. This site is completely unorganized and hard to navigate.

I am just getting into the real estate biz and this app has everything I need to make understanding the industry easier. It helps me manage and analyze properties so I'm sure I'm doing things right, and helps me double check what I'm doing.

The app is very slow. The app rarely works properly.It won't let me log in on the app after 5 tries. i was already logged in.it doesn't notify me with friend requests..sometimes i dont get any notifications excrpt to sell something

This is a very good app for home inspections. It is improved frequently and very reliable. Tech support is very responsive and takes my concerns very seriously. They have earned five stars!

This is an active excellent app for connecting and collaborating with others in the real estate investing world. The added solutions such as PiN just adds an extra layer of value that is hard to find elsewhere!

The app keeps crashing. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and now I cannot even sign in. After several more attempts, I was able to log in.
