Call notifications not working even after the update. Also is there any update cooking that will increase the vibration duration n sound? Other than that the watch is cool but will rate 5 after the call issue is sorted.
I try updating the watch using Android 5 as recommended but the update keeps failing and I have a new battery. It just disconnects during update

I have a samsung galaxy s5 and i am trying to connect my cookoo watch but it is not working. I have check online for solutions and i have tried some of them but it doesn't work. I really like the watch and i really look forward to using it so please help me solve this issue. I will rate it a five if the problem is solved.
Cannot connect cogito classic to my OnePlus 5 running Android 8.0.0. The device appears after scan, but when I tap to connect/associate, nothing happens. When I try to connect from the BT settings, I get an error about some PIN. Been sending quite a few emails to you guys and got only automatic replies. Really dissatisfied with ur customer care.
Im using my lg g4 to connect to my cookoo v1 and I can't get it to connect at all. I just got this watch so it would be a disapointment if i had to return it. Ill give u 5 stars if this issue can be resolved. Thank you.
This watch is frustrating to say the least. It won't connect with anything that I own. I sent off a request to the service desk and have gotten nowhere with getting the Cogito Classic to connect. I would recommend going with a different device. There seems to be a lack of foresight on a device that needs to connect with Bluetooth to update when it needs to be updated to connect with Bluetooth.
I have a Samsung S6 Edge and the watch refuses to connect. I have upgraded the software and the watch intermittently works but it then refuses to connect after a few minutes. Status is always Paired but not connected as the watch is not in range. And the best part...your support desk replies to my query asking if I don't hv the Bluetooth switched on my apple device...Really!!!!
It does the job, maybe we could have more phone functionality via the watch as opposed to play and pause music. Otherwise I'm pretty happy
Xiaomi note 4. The watch keeps disconnecting randomly and frequently and never connects again unless i fool around with it (on,off).
At first use with sony z1, this is a great app. But after use lenovo vibe shot, app always disconnect. I will give you 5 star if you can solve the problem..
No good as cannot connect watch. Sent email as advised to others, they asked for details, I supplied but no response in last few days.
This is just a piece of crap. No way to make it up and running on neither iOS nor Android. Don't buy watches from this brand.
I have a S7 & unfortunately updated the cookoo 2 watch thru it (Android 6). It worked fine until I updated to Android 7 Nougat. Now I don't get notification for text message on the watch. Only calls show up. I also tried repairing & reinstalling the app but to no avail.
Everything works with my Huawei P9 Plus except for call notification. I tried with my wife's s5 and everything working fine. Hope support team will resolve it for me .
Unable to connect my Samsung galaxy A5 2017 . Contacted support and got generic message about Bluetooth 4.0, which my phone supports . Can't find list of supported devices anywhere . Disappointing ....
I recently bought the cogito smartwatch for my android phone and I noticed there is 3 command spots but you're only able to assign the watch to find your phone. Maybe use the other 2 commands to open your camera app on your phone. Or open ypur music app then skip songs forward and backwards when in your music app like how you can play and pause it. Just a thought....
The app works great.. Maybe a bit old fashioned looking now... Can't update to the latest firmware on the watch. Trying to find a friend with a old android version is near impossible.
I tried to update the software from s4 and note3 but couldn't i believe the version of these phones is not compatible with the watch. After I contact the company they advice me to try to update it from iPhone after trying it work properly .I like the watch don't need charging every day
Cannot connect the phone to my watch no matter what I do with the app ,never got to the prompt screen to punch in a pin code that its asking for, the Cogito watch is a waste of money and this app is a waste of time
Hello. I have Cogito Classic Watch and is connected to Huawei P20 (Android 8). How can I set the command for the buttons? The single option available is Find My Phone and nothing else. I wait for an answer because I want to know if I can start Camera app from watch buttons.
