I have had zero issues with using this app. It is easy to view your current or past statements. I have found it very easy to pay my bill directly out of my checking account. WAYYYY better then calling automated payments in or send a check through snail mail.
Sucks Basically pay your bill and they also get to collect data from your cell phone. So you make a app to pay your bill but the system makes you put in your bank account again every time!!?? Don't bother go to the https
Sucks. Flat out sucks. Can't even sign up? Keeps rejecting my password for a suggested password. It's like they don't want my money. It's insane. Can't even sign up for an account. One of the worst apps ive ever used. Only has a star bcuz I had to give one to leave a review.

Just as useless as their website. I logged into the website, but it doesn't allow me to log into the app with the same information... Additionally, can't even create a new account on the app... Please send your programming department back to school because they are absolutely useless. And don't even bother trying to call the customer service because they are just as useless and helpless. I have to receive paper billing and make one time payments because CNG too cheap to make a good app...
Sucks!! Redirects you to the website when paying with a credit card!! I'm trying to avoid their website because I always block 3rd party cookies. Oh, and they require the latest browser updates to be installed. So, make sure you update your browser every month before you pay your bill, or you won't be able too. Did I mention this app Sucks?!! This is the ONLY utility company that I dread paying my bill once a month!!!!
Before I was able to log in to pay my bill or view my bill but can't even sign in to do either one smh

Unable to pay bills. When you choose to pay with a credit card, it says it will bring you to their website, but it tries to load "localhost" and can't load. As a note, it is also no longer possible to pay bills via the website. Seems the only way to pay ebills is to call and pay via phone
Worst app EVER, your entire system is BROKEN...EVERY other app literally 2 seconds to pay a bill you guys UGH...I SHOULD BILL YOU FOR MY TIME...USELESS
Not sure what the real purpose of this app, I was so excited I found out that this company had an app that would allow me to pay bill quickly, well! Does not allow bill payment on Android or apple, so what is the purpose of this app, viewing purposes only? The creator of this app ought to be ashamed of his or her self for creating this nonsense. Every time I want to pay bills I have to go look for my laptop and waste time waiting for it to boot up, this is the reason why I never pay on time.

Will NOT let me pay my bill. Just cycles same page. Won't work with chrome on tablet. Turned off wifi on Android phone and still won't work. It used to work on the phone.
Not mobile user friendly. You can login on the website but it doesn't register my info on the app had to delete for the inconvenience it doesn't do a thing for me
I hate this app...I can't pay on my laptop and continues directing me to use my phone app. Once on my phone app I select pay bill but I have to pay the current amount and won't allow me to enter the amount I want to pay. This app really sucks.
Suddenly paying online doesn't work, tried app to pay and it just redirects you to the website to pay anyway. Why is it this hard to pay my bill?

App is useless. Let me pay my bill one time. Now when ever the app opens and you try to click any of the tabs it just says 'oops something went wrong.' Tried to reboot app multiple times and re-downloaded. Nothing. Shouldn't have expected much from CNG
