When i type a product code.. it keeps saying "something bad happened to your search, give it a minute and try again"

I have not received any information from this app other than the error message. Reinstalled 8.31.2018. Cannot log in. A waste of time.

Doesn't work, always gives"something bad happened" even after uninstalling and re installing. Tired of trying.

This is a great app. Customers are really impressed when I can send them information immediately whilst still on site. However it's will no longer allow me to search. I log in, try to search but get asked to authenticate myself again. I log in again and then have the same problem. Any ideas?

When logging into the app, use global\shortname. If you can't reach the login page, Uninstall and reinstall.

The app opens but will not search for any information. It gives an error message and says to retry in a couple seconds, yet nothing changes.

Stopped working, then used new global\ and it worked!

Used to use this all the time but lately the search function doesn't work. Any suggestions? Tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Such program makes the technical information between your hand! Nice innovation for easier way.

I will use this a lot. Great way to access info on our products quickly.
