Connections: A-CHESS Platform

I got out of rehab on Saturday. I can hardly use this app. I can do one thing and then try to go to different tab in the app and I get a loading symbol with "please wait" and then I can do nothing. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, reset my phone, checked for phone updates, did your update a few mins ago and I get the same error msg. I'm pretty bummed. I was looking forward to using this. I have a Samsung A11.

My experience with this app and the Catalyst here in Oklahoma, Catalyst has been helpful but not so much in my recovery cause I never had a problem to begin with, thanks John from S.O.S. the app itself is just plain useless and doesn't help me out nor benefit me considering I had no problem to begin with, I ain't no alcoholic and people in S.O.S. and Catalyst need to redefine alcoholism before even considering anyone in their programs

Can't use it! Always stuck on a "Please wait" screen that never ends! Very frustrating!

I'm in recovery and have been for several years. I tried this app out. High risk situations part of profile, not helpful at all. I tested it out hoping this could be helpful to my clients. I was hoping it would call or text the person I listed as my emergency contact and had granted permission to call or text her. Nothing happened when I went to either location(neither truly high risk). There are some features that could be helpful to those early in recovery.

I appreciate the sincerity of this attempt. And I really look forward to an app that is genuinely helpful for an addict. I want to mostly encourage y'all, but also want to offer some critique. Packing all these features into one app... Including, for example, a notepad that you call "Express Yourself", which you have to click through a motivational message before you can use. There is no use for most of these features, and their inclusion is demeaning to the people who need this. Focus thx

Enjoying and learning so much information.

Great app, that could definitely use a little work. For me, the biggest problem has been not being able to separate notifications for group, or individual messages. Either I get notifications for everything all day, and all night, or nothing at all.

As a person in long term recovery i absolutely love this app! It keeps me engaged in my recovery and helps me when im feeling isolated in these times. The staff and people in the app are amazing. Great subjects to hold discussions on and its evolving with us. A must for anyone who wants a piece of recovery with them at there fingertips!!!! Thank you Chess 😊

This app is so beneficial to me, in recovery, because it lets me "meet" and talk with other people in the same specific program. It also helps me tracks urges, moods, as well as giving a lot of links to some topics that can help in recovery. The only thing I can think of that I would like to see, is that I wish there was a real-time chat. Maybe some type of chat room that we can go in and see if anyone wants to chat (not video)

Great ! I love this app! It's so easy to use and has so much to offer any one in Recovery . I mean it has it all everything in one place look no further. Also the support team that is available to help in your journey to answer any questions you may have is wonderful.

I was invited to join this app by a really great friend.Im really excited to look into and see what all it has to offer.

I feel connected in case of clinic closures due to weather etc., so I can get my medication during these situations.

I can't log back in. I got a new phone and it crashes when I try to click forgot password. Please fix this. I need my recovery friends

This app has been great to track my recovery and keep in contact with my dr and counselor and keep track of appointments. Love the sobriety milestone reminders and the surveys and social board to anonymously be a part of the recovery community.

Love this Pp for recovery

Most annoying, more often than not, you complete a survey, then recieve a notification to complete the same survey. Also, you can't delete any message or undo being a group member so you don't have to receive messages when other members are sending petty messages back and forth that have nothing to do with you. I might gave it two stars because of the content and beacon.
