Tried to get blue tooth to work. Tried many times to no avail. Sent notice for tech assistance now 24 hours later no answer. Sent notice again today also no reply. I am fast becoming a very unhappy camper. I am soon due for new hearing aids. Guess what brand will not be up for consideration. This is true for several other family members also.
The app is too controlling. It keeps changing the hearing aid settings. I turn the volume down. It turns it back up and changes the programme. Not impressed.
i would give higher but i wish it had more opions. but especially as it keeps unsyncing with my LG X Power phone. and i keep getting alert boxes saying Connectline has stopped working.
This is useless. I dont know why we have to have the streamer on and on your neck the whole time to be able to use this. Why didnt they install bluetooth inside the hearing aids directly to the cellphone, tv, car and etc.
Terrible, no updates in over 3 years, bad functionality with newer versions of android. Terrible to spend so much on an aid and not have such a lousy buggy app.
Worked well but has not kept up with new phone features. Needs updating to work.
State of the art Streamer controlled by this very very poor app that is not fit for purpose, and has not been updated since 2016. Do not buy the Streamer thinking this app will give you control. Should have been brilliant.
Need to fix app. I can't use now, always asks to "take control", & I can't take control. Please address this issue. Apparently it has been a problem for a while. ☹
It works just fine on Android phone the only problem I have is connecting it when I want to use it after several attempts but it's fine after that
This is a fantastic app. I enjoy listening to audio book. This app connects my phone app directly to my hearing aids.
Works 100% with bluetooth hearing aid with all features. Sound clear with no distortion.
You pay around £4,000 for implant surgery, another £4,000 for a Ponto 3 Super Power, £346 for an Oticon Medical Streamer, and the manufacturer rewards you by providing an app that is more flaky than a word association app created by the next-door neighbour's kid for a school project. Worse, Oticon is so DEAF (full irony intended) to criticism, they haven't even updated the app since 29 July 2016. That's two years and six months without a single update. They will however return your call in five minutes if you want to replace the £5 battery in your streamer at a cost of £60, or better still, replace the streamer itself at a cost of approx. £280+VAT. Funny that, isn't it?
Needs updating to operate properly with android phone updates. Worked ok until phone updates.... now can't get control on streamer.. Also needs a help file!
All hearing apps are required to be updated regularly. This one has not updated since 2016. Complain will need to pass to Google team.
As others have said, this app has not been updated for the new operating systems. It is at best problematic and at worst, unusable. For what they charge for this system, they should be ashamed.
The app works very well with my phone I just wish it had more features
Used to be brilliant but since last update keeps coming up with another device has control of the streamer please sort this out
Flakey, non-intuative to use even if it worked. Oticon are obviously no longer interested in it. It encourages one to avoid their products in future.
This is a worthless piece of garbage. It will not connect to the phone. $5000 for a piece of. Cr ap. Never again.

Most of the time this app works just fine, and offers a nice range of remote control functions for the streamer. Major hickups happen only when establishing or reestablishing the Bluetooth connection. The app is often unaware that the connection has been established and stays stuck with the "Connecting with the Streamer" message.
