They're a good company, pay is good . Their stat cash shifts are always good. The location of each shift ,and hours are chosen by you.
The app is very is easy to navaigate. It may take awhile but that can be fixed with updates. Overall I like the app and the company as a whole
Stalls very often. Also, when I view the available shifts, then navigate under another tab... and navigate back to available shifts, I am not able to scroll down. Instead, I am required to click out of the app entirely and then attempt to scroll down under the available shift(s).
Overall very good! Very easy to navigate. The app lags often and has to be restarted. Other than that, I love it. I've made good money and haven't had any issues!!!
I love this App. I can pick up shift based on MY availability:) I get to pick the day, shift, and facility I WANT! I can also check my pay through the app as well. It's so convenient and easy to use!
A great company, an app in progress. About on par with the industry standard in terms of application ease, usability, reliability, etc. Intermittently since last October, I've made the suggestion/request that the company request the developers implement a feature to export your shifts as calendar events, when I think would set them at a much-higher caliber. The function to save personal filters for shift browsing is shoddy at best. Easy to set up getting paid/view pay information.
I love the connectRN experience. You get to pick your own schedule and have the flexibility to work at different facilities.
Sometimes there is location problems with the app, but other than that its a great app. Definitely recommend the app and company
I have been with this company sence 2018 and I absolutely loved it. The way their system is setup, is just so well organized and user-friendly. It's from choosing a facility to the way I receive my pay for me.
Easy to use app, great staff, were not alone. When we walk into a facility we are one ❤️

The app takes long to come on and freezes very often and I have to start afresh the search. The app is great as it allows one to choose shifts from the many facilities at one's convenience . With app one can manage the shifts works, what pay to expect and there is a backup of shifts already paid. The app has been designed to show accountability and transparency. Events and news can be found on the app. The connectRN app is great
App is user friendly and fairly easy to use. Support is available when needed.
This has been a great company to work for. The pay is good, plenty of work options & whenever I have am issue they take care of it asap
The app is great just not a lot of closer places sometimes and hard to get accepted
I Absolutely love connect rn....the fact i can make my own schedule every week is great...there is paid holidays and overtime and i have never had an issue using the app

It's a very easy app to use. It's pretty easy to get in touch with connectrn support staff if issues. It gives the options for double shifts if wanted. Overall a great app and company.

Do no work for this Company! I worked a shift 1 month and got the run around about payment. Come to find out they deposited my check into the wrong person's back account. They also send me the routing number and account number of this person, how dangerous! They said they won't pay me until that person returns the funds. So I never got paid for the terrible 10 hr shift where I received no orientation or training at the facility.
Easy and super user friendly
Very very slow app that half the time, it will take u at least a minute if not more just to open up. No VERY user friendly plus lacking in a few things that other nursing agencies app have without a doubt. I can mention the list but not thanks.
Never gets my geolocation unless im outside the building. I have worked 10 shifts and have never been able to successfully clock out with sup signature. They only have 1 facility in my area. Pay is decent and the facility I'm at is great, but this app sucks.
The App functions is crazy, It has to problem sign in, I have to go outside to get the geolocation. Its frustrating. Some nurses don't even know how to use the App. The pay rate is always the same for every facility. If this company doesn't do anything about it they will lose workers. There's plenty agencies out there to choose..

The app is very user friendly and shows what shifts you've worked and what shifts are available. The app also displays important messages regarding pay period end date , Stat cash info and so much more. Pretty cool app and extremely user friendly. Download it, Try it, you will love it.

Great way to make some extra money while doing a job that I love
1. This app mal functions like crazy, to sign in is a problem, it breaks and leaves you in the middle of signing in or out. 2. The fact that you have to arrive at work and wait for charge nurse to sign you in qith a pin is the weirdest thing I have come across, there you go waiting, some annoying nurses will have problems back forwarding the time and make work difficult from that point. 3. Something should be done about the pay rate.
ConnectRN IS GREAT! The app is very easy to use. Also the company is excellent if any problems the make sure they contact you back. I love it
