Seems like every two or three times a year I get locked out of my account. I made no changes when I log in correctly onto this app. And at times my ID fingerprint is not recognized. Whatever issues the server is having locking out accounts every few months needs to be corrected. This is irritating since I been with this bank for over 10 years. Still trying to figure out how I get my access lock out when I made no changes to my login access. And it's the same way with the website.
I miss the balance for each transaction, as apposed to the final. I prefer to see after each one so I can look and gage with the pending ones weather I can hold off on this purchase or not.
It was not good. I was being told my ID was not recognized. Tried another way, then I was told no space allowed in user name. There was no space. Could not use fingerprint Id.
Easy to use
Application does both internal and external transfers. Mainly only reason I use application.

I am much happier with the Connects FCU App these days. Just did a mobile check deposit. Easy Peasy.
Quits working with any update or phone reset
It sucks, I love my credit union but both the app and the website random stop working and wont let me log in.
Should have left app like it was!
Used it to check my balance on a regular until this last update now I only get "A system error has occurred " even reinstalled still the same thing...
Good app. Doesn't have all the whistles and bells of some of the big banks but way more dependable. I had a failure to access my network by the app and I put in a negative review on it. The problem was fixed in just a few hours but the Credit Union "called me" the next morning to ask me how the app was working. That's what I call service!
