The App is better in some ways, but still missing very Key information. For example can search by company name in tickets, but for projects can't find anything no name search. *Update to Update... Thanks for reply but tech support won't magically add search fields to app just for me and the rest of your users. That would make to much sense.

App fails to open on galaxy s21+. Edit: uninstall/reboot/reinstall seems to have resolved issue. I'd recommend that as a 1st troubleshooting step. Edit#2: I modified a ticket using the app and now it's missing from the Service Board. Error reply when attempting to add resource to ticket in app: "Something went wrong"

Have never been able to sign in. "This feature is an experimental work in progress. Are you sure you'd like to continue?" Only option is to click "Something went wrong" and then app crashes

Sometimes it doesn't record my time correctly other times it won't connect to the server and more times it just shows a vague error when signing in "something went wrong" not at all helpful for troubleshooting

Garbage app. I have gotten it to work in the past, now its seriously useless, 99.9% of the time it's crashing with seemingly 0 reason before even offering me a chance to sign in... I can't even launch the app at this point. I've even gone as far as literally factory reseting my phone so my boss would be happy again, as he is a computer only connectwise user and hasn't had to experience the pain which that is this application. Reinstalling, factory resets, I'm on a note 20 ultra its not that

Very poor experience using it. So many bugs in this application. Agenda doesn't show any expenses that are added. When we try to add expense for the previous days, it just changes the date to the current one. Overview is pretty bad. Not much visual customization is possible. No menu where we can see overview of all dates according to the tickets that are assigned.

Worse than Legacy app in every way. The only thing the Legacy app had issues with was saving configuration changes from time to time, this one has to refresh and start from scratch every time you open it, you have to add configs to a ticket before you can view them (And you can't search them to do that), can't one tap and have maps open from an address for a client, and so much more. It's like the app creators never actually have had to use their own app. It's downright terrible.

Just keeps getting worse. I don't know how but every time we say it can't possibly get any worse, something else stops working or we discover a new bug. But hey! At least we can delete time entries now. Only took years to add that feature to the mobile app. Once you jump onto the web interface to correct your entries because your mobile app doesn't work at all, you'll be greeted by an even clunkier experience. I would give this zero stars if I could. I can't believe I'm stuck using this trash.

I like the design of the interface compared to the legacy version. However, this app has serious flaws in execution that are deal-breakers. For example, if i want to edit my notes for an existing time entry, the start and stop times are immediately updated to the current time and current+1hr, respectively (yet the orig date is retained). I must reenter the correct times, IF i made a mental note of them before entering edit mode and making to many note changes ... sigh. Am sticking with legacy.

Finally has all of the basics with the latest update, making this app finally useful for mobile techs (better ticket lookup for helping find tickets for customers when on-site). Glad to see the app finally getting to a more polished state. Edit: I dug a bit more into the filters, and I do see some room for polish. One thing being that I can not select multiple boards at once (only all or one at a time), another is that I can't filter by resource, which is a bit of a nuisance.

I would like to see the ability to hit a button to go to a specific day, much like the Legacy app had, for the Agenda area. Maybe an indicator that could let me know what day I am currently looking at. As well, would like the ability to pull up contact information. With Legacy, I could pull up addresses without having to open my maps application. Some food for thought. Just moved to this version, so I'll have more soon. Oh, Feedback area failed, so that's why I'm posting here. Thx!

User interface got worse. The old app at least had all the features you NEEDED. It looks clean but I would rather have the old app. In a ticket the initial description is a small window. What a joke how is a tech suppose to scroll through that on a big job. Time sheets you can't even see the total time for the day any more, only individual entries. What kind of sense does that make??? I am not even going to get started on the products. Very dissappointed I have to switch to this app.

Desktop apps, quite ok. Web apps, hit or miss. Mobile apps, absolute trash. How can a company like ConnectWise be so trash and inconsistent like it's going out of style? You retire the legacy app for one that doesn't have many features and doesn't work on Android 11 worth a damn. You can't tell me ConnectWise didn't know anything about it. Fix the damn app! I can't live in front of my computer 24/7 and while you're at it, how about adding some more features slackers!

Forced to switch from the legacy app to this and it's needing improvement. It would help to be able to put in notes on the time entry and change the status at the same time. As it stands currently, the time entry has to be changed first which is annoying after I enter my notes only to find out I can't save them because the ticket is still in a status that can't have time entered. Then we have to go back losing our notes and manually set time info just to change the ticket status.

Can't search for closed tickets. I used that function often to reference something I did a few weeks or months ago but closed tickets no longer appear in search results. Uninstalled. It's a good enough reason for me to go back to my previous ticketing system. Still as slow as ever when trying to save a ticket. Mobile app, desktop app, or web-based makes no difference. Laaaaaaaaggggg. Very frustrated and paying $75/month/user.

Opportunities added, great! I got my hopes up because I thought it would have actually worked. Sort and filter are non functional still. 2 steps forward and 2 steps back. STOP releasing "updates" that don't materially do anything, just take the easy way out and just pull straight from the website.

Connectwise team it wasn't wise to change to the new one. You can see no one likes it. I still use the old one. No way to use the new one. I don't with tons of negative feedbacks still you don't care. Horrible, if didn't have the old version i would quit my job with this new one. Older one has calendar this one shows a long list of jobs you have to scroll to find and doesn't show full job title. Its almost impossible to find a job from last month.

Where's Calendar? Where's Dispatch Board? Service ticket search? On the service board you can't even search by company. The search bar they have doesn't even work half the time. Things load incredibly slow. This is literally just a face lift of the previous app, sure it looks cleaner but it functions the same and is even missing things that the last app had. Why is it so hard to get it right? Why does the IOS version have a calendar tab but the android version doesn't?

You need to extend the end of life date for the legacy app. This would make users more comfortable considering this app is missing key points in so many places as everyone has described below. There are 4 days left of support and something as simple as being able to change the number thats on a ticket. The phone button defaults to the users default number and not the companies, and there is no way that you can change it. It was very easy to change in the legacy app

No calendar on android. I have to still use a computer for that. Also they removed the ability to add your odometer on your car. When you put the numbers in, it coverts it to miles and deleted the reading. So your reports no longer have them in connectwise. Now instead of using my phone to put in appointment miles I have to use a computer. I contacted support they said no plans to add these 2 things. Also takes alot longer to put my time in. Its slower.

Not a fan of the new UI. Finding companies/configurations is counterintuitive for users coming from the old UI. I expected a Companies option from the left menu, not that i had to search for any companies. Navigating companies/configurations is real clunky. Needs work to be ready for prime time. Update - Lowered to 1. The UI is nicer but the functionality is just not there. I'd stick with the legacy app but it doesn't work with the MFA weve implemented. Will not use until theres a MAJOR update

MASSIVE downgrade to the old app. The old app had everything you needed, worked well, easy to read tickets, easy to find whatever information you required. This..??...this is like something a child made as a basic, clunky, science project. Clumsy to use, impossible to find any useful functioning in it, a real dogs dinner. How could you go from what you had to "upgrade" to something like this??? Woeful!

Not compatible with SSO. Will just open your web browser on a sign in page. If you sign in successfully in the browser it doesn't return you to the app. If you manually return to the app a loading animation is shown but nothing happens. Force stopping the app doesn't help.

Can't see attachments on tickets. Does not have backwards compatibility with older manage versions for on prem customers, so I can't do something simple like navigate to customer and see their open tickets because my Manager server version does not support this - but stupid imo. That's the issues I've encountered so far that have meant it's only ok, not great. EDIT dev response - we're running 19.2, its ridiculous that you don't have backwards compatibility to versions released this year.
