Glad to be able to use this app rather than have to go on the website, but it looks really outdated. I use it to pay a car loan but there's no direct way to pay the monthly bill quickly without going to more - Loan Payment - Pay from bank. Just needs a good update to make it easier. Looks like the app was from 2012. At least biometrics work with my fingerprint to open the app and instantly login.
Works great, but check capture function needs work - hard to get a clean picture, no issues with my other apps, just this one.
App fails to load account data. Especially when there is an update afterwards wont log into account .crashes every time ..this is 5th time ive had to uninstall and reinstall ..getting very annoying
1st time for mobile deposit, took me awhile, once I got the hang of it, 2👍s up!
Mostly works except I still cannot view e-statements in the app. It goes to the spinning circle with the message to please wait, but never loads.
I recently moved to somewhere where a branch office is not exactly close, so I decided to see if Connex offered mobile check depositing. The app provided very clear and exacting instructions, everything I could've asked for.
I had trouble depositing a check. I think I took too long during taking a picture and once I got it right it hung up the app. I had to close out and start over but I got it done.
I've been a customer of Connex Credit union for more than 20 years now. I've never had a bad experience. Staff in person or on the phone are always very pleasant and helpful. They call me by my name at local branches. 5 stars well deserved
Every single time I try to deposit a check it always 100% of the time asks me to look at the picture. Seriously annoying. And since it still does it after my last review I'm giving it a lower rating.
connex came into the county jail i was serving time in, so when things got f'ed up initially I gave them the same time, and respect they gave to me. everything worked out great. they're helping me rebuild my credit. amazing local credit union. app serves its purpose seemlessly.
So far, so great. It's been a breeze. And, although the fingerprint sign-in seems to have stopped working, it's not enough of a negative to make me lower my rating.
The Connex app has worked flawlessly for me over the past few years. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate.
Works ok. The check deposit only works about 1/2 the time. It usually comes up with an error.
User friendly, up to date info on all accounts, able to use 365 days a year and 24/7. Love it!
I love this mobile app and being able to deposit checks. I live in Florida and still use Connex Credit Union, so this is so handy.
I keep getting the same message about this app "keeps stopping" then it doesn't open at all!

I love the connex credit union tellers very friendly and helpful.
I joined Connex in 2000 when my employer moved into the neighborhood initially I deposited funds for savings. After one too many issues with commercial banks, I switched all my business to Connex. 4 years ago I moved to Alabama, 1000 miles away and kept connex as my primary credit union. I have never regretted my decisions They have an old soul manner of customer service that can't be replicated. When dealing with them you feel as if you are their only customer.
Love this ❤️ app. Saves me time and keeps me safe. In the environment that we are in know it's not safe to go out just to make a deposit. Thank you for having this app.
Can't even open it. Says I'm being logged out after inactivity. This is when I'm opening the darn thing. Wish i could give zero stars.
Easy to use. It always on high alert about your checking.
Many times the check deposit rejects my handwriting. Have to resubmit multiple times for it to go through.
The mobile deposit camera is very buggy. The overlay is outside the camera view, making the camera view a tiny box
Awesome App! The loads of functionality especially Depositing Remotely is Sooo helpful and a breeze!
For convenience of instant gratification it is extremely laggy and quite annoying
so easy & convenient to use especially when you're far from your bank!!
App works good most of the time. Depositing a check can be frustrating. You have to keep retaking a picture of the check. Also you have to wait quite a while before you know if it was deposited successfully or not.
