This app needs to be updated to support the samsung galaxy s10.. worked fine on my S8. After launching the app, when i put my credentials in and click login, it refreshes and i have to do it again, but this time it will log me in. What i have found is enabled fingerprint scanning breaks the app completely. Once you have enabled the fps and log out (either by force closing or timing out), you cannot get back in. You will get an error that it "keeps stopping" and prompted to close the app, but it will not launch. You actually have to clear the app data (clearing cache does not resolve) and sign back in.. If you have an S10/S10+ then I encourage you to not use the FPS option!
Simple to use. Many features. No complaints. Good financial security.

Used to work great and loved it. Stopped, and continue to get error constantly. Uninstalled and reinstalled about 8 times over last week. Extremely frustrated. Can't login at all, or even make it to that screen. 😤
The app itself is great. But I don't use it that often because I'm reluctant to switch 100% to Connexus for all my banking. I applied for a loan with them and then get offered unfavorable rate and terms because they someone get a credit score 40 points lower than the score I see on the app itself. it would be nice to inform customers that you don't use the score given on the app. Why display the credit score if you aren't going to use it to extend credit to a customer?
App is garbage. Previous review was spot on with password issues. If you use finger print option it is just as bad. They have put banners across the screen numerous times stating there was issues with the login process.
I like the app. It does have things that needs updating. The posting new charges is not in real time; so I use a check register and balance with thier total. Trouble getting on the amp , no problem. Singing in on home page, oh yea. I may have to change password or call bank for help.
failed to open uninstalled. an attempted to reinstall. an it's taking 35 minutes to get 35 % installed and I am at home. with wifi. boo. if I took this long to do something you guys charge me a fee. I can't access my account I can't access the app. an customer service takes almost an hour to answer if you are lucky
It's great to bank from home or anywhere using the mobile app. I check my account frequently to see what my balances are, review the bills that I've paid and look for special offers through the credit union. Connexus makes it easy. Thank you!
Decent, but the swiping between both accounts is like trying to wrench off a sticky page. Would be nice if you could adjust that so it's a much smoother transition.

this app is great, really easy to use and helps out for people that ate always on the run and dont always have time to stop at the bank or check with internet besides their phone... I give this app 4/5 because sometimes they dont update fast enough. but over all the bank is great pays you get goes into you account on time and fast. I recommend this bank to anyone where it is available.
This application is a perfect example of why you cannot use web apps for banking. The user experience is outdated like a 1970 kitchen. A complete development with Google Flutter would turned binaries native for both iOS and Android. Thereby saving money. But ConnexUS needs to spend the money on stellar design. Do come on, invest in the banking experience and develop a 21st Century banking application.
I travel in retirement across the US and do the majority of my banking and bill paying through my Connexus account. I have liked working with this credit union since the first friendly greeting when I got a car loan through them years ago. I highly recommend both the credit union and their app.
Have to fix it so it doesn't say it doesn't recognize my devices so often. Since my last critique the app has improved. Haven't had a do not recogize in ages. Hope I haven't spoken too soon..1/8/21 same problem please FIX !!!
This rating is because the bank has failed 3 times in 2 months and directly harmed our financial wellbeing. Failure to file internal paper work for auto payments, failure with internal paperwork for an early payment that led to overdrafts, failure to promptly reissue a card when data was stolen. We will be taking our banking else where because there is no longer any trust to be had from this place.
It requires the member number on top of social and birthday. But you can't find your member number on the website.
Half the time it doesn't load, just sits on the screen "loading". Very frustrating when you want to check your balance because you have to uninstall and reinstall in order for it to work again.
Overall I've been pleased with this app. But recently it has stopped being able to process my Honeywell Dividend checks through mobile deposit. These checks are a bit dark, but not from a sketchy source! Can you fix this please? It used to work.
Great menu options for a mobile app and easy navigation for bill pay too. This is definitely built for the busy consumer who needs to accomplish tasks with ease.

Worked perfectly for 6 months and then just today it won't let me login. White screen with logo and no login. UPDATE: Had to reinstall, issue continued but it finally reverted to a state prior to me ever installing it.
This app is entirely useless now. Did anyome test this on their phone? You log in and select email me a pin. You click on your email to get the pin and it logs you out. Thus when you log back in you have to click email to have a new pin sent. You click on your email to get the pin and it logs you out. Hope I dont over draft!
Even when I log in with my fingerprint, it fails to recognize my phone. Its extremely irratating to me to need a code sent to email just so i can "verify my device". I would think my fingerprint and password should be verification enough.
I like that I have full control of my loan payments. I pay ahead when I can and can easily skip a payment when I need too!!
This app used to work fine. Now it forces itself to be used in landscape mode only. You cannot set a pin for the app because it will only allow you to enter zeros and not only will it not let you repeat the same number four times. This app used to work so well and now it works very poorly. When they first made changes to the app, you had to log in three times in order to get any information such as your account balance. This app is no longer convenient to use.
