Hello support team, as promised a 1 star rating. Your handling of my ticket if horrible, don't ever trust that the support team will be able to resolve your ticket, they are totally clueless.

This is a very exiting it makes you feel you are realy in the golden age . i think this is great game but there should also be urdu langueg option in it.

Pay to win game Game play is not fair you can waste years of your life playing and do nothing Event prizes isn't good You must pay for open some 5star heroes There is no boxes for 5star heroes in all game all events I loved the game once before but now it's going to his own end hope you make true update with new fair game play. After mostly year it still pay to win game no gold to play no help to develop your castle more bugs less prizes it can be better if you don't just care about money...

The game used to be good in the other previous versions, much better in the previous versions. The city now looks much worse. It's losing it's Arabian theme little by little l. The castle looks very bad. The city lost it's desert goldish theme. I hope they can fix it and make the game much better they way it used to be.

With the intrudction of 2.0 installed last night/yesterday morning, we were supposed to have a prestige system, crest crafting, and other new options. These options cannot be found, our entire guild looked. castle layout was changed, and to be honest, the old look was better. Some of the character models were changed, not bad. Noticed the rupture crest was purple now, as we're a few others, but that they still had only the 129,000 max power of a blue crest. Please fix this. Thank you, Greg Repasky

I'm playing this for 4.5 years now and I'm telling you it's a pay to win game, also the game started crushing on my Android mobile on the loading screen for no reason at all 😡

the game is fantastic to be honest. I was searching for a game that has combination of empire building and storyline and always all games were missing the storyline. so this one is special. I just wish that I can play the game with my phone on vertical and horizontal.positions both, not one position only cause it doesn't want to switch to larger screen when I flip my phone

I don't Understand why IGG is giving us a Hero (NAR 3 Star Rating Hero) which is Obsolete and No useful in War, giving us in daily Sign In. Why not you can offer at least 4 Star Rating Hero or Give us crest in daily Sign In.

Not needed. Very nice game although if you do get matched up against someone spending money on the game you will more than likely lose. They\'ve created a way to advance in a fun way without having to grind or declare war on others. Fun game. They do need to figure out a way to keep the big guys dumping money on the game to not pick on the little guys.

Not bad. Lots of events and surprisingly generous with gold and other rewards. As someone who doesn't spend money on mobile games I am very appreciative of that. My castle is only at level 7 and my power is already well over 1 million and I have 6k gold without spending a dime and I literally just started playing it today. My only problem (a small one mind you) is that the tutorial is mandatory and that gets a little annoying to me other than that I'm really enjoying it. Good job. Keep it up.

Whwn I got to the store told me I have to pay $4.99 of 2 hour multi-boster besdies I can't waste money on game like this and also when I got to level 6 it told me I have to start the battle again with the red team and how the red team was winning when they was having a very small army and I still lot victory I keep on figuring out these minigame part thing but I still win amazing! And also very easy quests! And 5heroes 1,000 coins! Not even fair! Because when I got to 6 upgrading!

I have played this game for the past four years. I took breaks from it when I got busy, but in the end I would always play again. I have not played any other game that is like this and been interested. The next best is clash of clans and there is a huge gap in between the two. There might be a lot of pay to play players and a bit time consuming sometimes, but it is all worth it with all the entertainment you get from it. Overall its the most complete war game there is!

I absolutely love this game I have been playing for about 3 years now. I love all the side extras. Although I do think that maybe they should allow more chances to get monster gear or champ gear with out having to buy them. It’s hard enough to have one account you sometimes buy things on let alone 2or3. And for the most part the game has very little glitches except they need to find a way to bump the speed up during KvK seeing as most of the time there is a serious lag and can easily get you zeroed.

So I got the game because on an add it looked really cool, at first I thought it was going to be one of those games that overwhelms you with stuff to do at the beginning, turns out it’s not!! It did show me how to play which is expected but i understood it and i could remember what was what. It’s easy to play and not hard to win fights. I would definitely recommend. Also it might seem that it’s a pay to play game at first but after a bit of playing you’ll change your mind.

A great game requiring interaction with other players both as friend and foe. Easy to play as a novice with excellent game mentorship throughout. The more you interact the more you are rewarded. A Great Experience.

I first started out getting this game because of the giveaway, as well as a lack of ongoing gameplay and missions. Most games are extra repetitive but in this game you have more of a strategy you have to put forth. This game alphas been a great pastime to play and I enjoy all the quests to concurs the vast empire.

Very well designed, smooth interface, and compassionate towards free to play players. The only issue I have is there are not more english videos for players to research and understand the many in depth facets the game involves.

Very expensive. You must get new free ideas to keep the players continuing the game. Example, each alliance can grow up a city with archery or cavalry features , or , super platoon to terminate shields, or, combination of heroes would create a new feature. Becoming a greedy game day-after-day. Few months of playing, you will feel very bored.

Suprisingly not pay to play! Fun, dip in when you want. LOADS of strategy, planning and choices even if you don't put in money. Increasingly difficult as you develop strategies and face tougher opponents, but if you lose it isn't the end of the world.

Good game, could be better if there was more variety of players. Fast paced intense. Took me a minute to figure out the basic fundamental principles, but was able to hold on. Having world alliances in all the kingdoms ruins the competition.

Been playing this game for almost 3 years and I have to say every single bug/issue reported is fixed and also the continuous upgrades and improvements are strong, like it's asking to upgrade the game at least 5 times a month, which really shows the efforts and passion of the teams behind it.

It's quite affordable to play this unlike some other war games. The speed up times are quite useful and the easy access to speed ups through free methods is quite reliable. I absolutely adore the cargo ship aspect of the game.
