Consolidated Theatres

Choosing the theater, movie, tome and seats is great and easy. But the mobile app is difficult to navigate. Trying to find the concession link is stupid and a waste of time despite the ads to encourage you to visit. Can't find it. Well, forget it. Not worth the trouble.

My rewards card won't add to the app. It originally did when I first got it, but now it's not on my app anymore and I get an error every time I try to add it back on. My card is on the website just fine but I would like to use the app to get the rewards instead of carrying a card that could get lost.

App is useful to pull up rewards card and view/purchase tickets. However, it crashes when you try to pull up your tickets, so you have to go through your emails to find your purchase confirmation email.

I think it's too small QR Code given in the app, hard to scan from app. I have to go to email to get the clearer QR Code, but overall working well

Generally pretty good. You're last update F'd it up and made it impossible to open on Galaxy S10 (up to date OS)

Absolutely terrible. Most links and features in the app do not function properly.

Thankfully we haven't had any issues. It's easy to navigate, purchasing is quick, you can find the tickets easy, and checking in at the theater was smooth. Hope it stays good. I'm happy this place is still open and playing movies during COVID (while adhering to the guidelines/safety measures).

It used to work, but now it won't let me login to my account. However, later, I read another review that said you could still login on the website, so I tried that and got in, but it's a little too late. I lost out on rewards while I was at the theatre frustrated that I couldn't login to this app with no time to figure out how to troubleshoot the problem because I was holding up the line. The service desk at the theatre was no help either. It ruined the whole experience of family movie night.

App is Good. Highly and very useful when needed. So easy to navigate throughout the website. Display page and layout is simple and clean with detailed movie information such as locations, showing times and movie descriptions and other movie events. Rewards section in the App, love how it shows the status of my points..BUT.. PLEASE add a section to where we can add movie tickets towards to points when not able to buy online or when rewards card is not present at the time of purchase. Aloha!

This app WILL NOT load, and hasn't loaded in months.

This app is not user friendly. It is difficult to use and keeps sending you to the home screen with very little confirmation that you selected something. I have been charged double before. It also doesn't warn you that even though this is their own app, it still charges you a fee to use it. Not free or easy to use so why bother.

Rewards are printed at the box office, and there is no orher way to get them. Can't get them reprinted because they have no way to check if you used it. Card never scans so they have to manually enter it every time. Can't get a new card because it would have a new number and I would lose collected points. Can no longer login to app though credentials work fine on their website. They need to just copy the Regal or other functional app. This has to be the worst loyalty app I've ever used.

I couldn't find the show times for the different screen types.

I'm having a hard time opening this app on my phone . It stay open for about 10 sec then it shut down. It use to work before the updates but sadly it doesnt now. I have a samsung Galaxy Note 8 . I really hope you can fix this problem for me because it makes life much easier to buying tickets for the movies. Thx you for time and effort...

I've gone to quite a few movies, yet my points have not shown up. (In some theaters staff recorded card numbers manually.) I was supposed to get free admission after getting points previously, but nothing. Contacted corporate, they don't even respond. Whole system suck! Giving my business to Regal!

This is probably the worst movie reward app ever. They should probably not just have one. The absence of an app would be better than this mess. None of the employees knew how it worked. Even though it said the rewards were unlocked, I couldn't redeem any of them, no free movie, no free popcorn, no free drink. Concessions purchased don't count toward your total. Do yourself a favor and go to Regal! And if you have to go to Consolidated, don't bother with this (n)app *snooze*

My account will not conntect to this app. Every time I try to login, it says error. When i go to the website, I'm able to login. Honestly this app is a waste of time. You can't even scan in manually purchased tickets for prescreenings and save them to your account even though your an extras member.

At the moment 1 star the app does nothing doesn't even tell us we are temporarily due to cover. Doesn't say anything. Other sites say sorry, closed temp, we will keep you updated, movies trailers to upcoming movies but states dates not available but this site says no movies. Share some news or something. Move forward with the times.

App constantly crashes, requiring a reinstall just to open it. It also gives constant error messages when trying to save rewards card number and payment information.

This app disconnected me when I was about to purchase tickets for Demon Slayer on opening weekend. Why have the app when you can't purchase the tickets ahead of time, even when there's high demand? My wife had to get the tickets through the regular website, so the whole process of getting the app for ease of use and military discounts is pointless! Garbage app, DO NOT USE!

App feels just like the desktop site! Very easy to navigate! One improvement would be to have a live chat Customer Service available incase you make a mistake or need assistance.

First time I used the app to buy tickets. It said it would charge gift cards first then cc for amount in excess. It didn't do that automatically. Fandango is better but it wasn't allowing me to pay so I had to use Consolidated

The app is very slow to load.

Buggy slow and crashes often. Not a reliable way to order tickets or food. Way easier and more reliable on mobile or desktop browser to purchase tickets or worth paying the fandango service fee and use that app instead.

Super easy to use, intuitive and conventient. A very well designed app for the iconic hawaiian company (although it's owned by Reading International - and while I dislike old money and massive corporations...I do like the recent renovations a d reclining seats. And this app. 🤷‍♀️)

This app does not show your purchases, for you to keep track of what rewards you are eligble for. So i missed out on rewards that are printed out without me knowing and were not given to me. Also was not given rewards for purchases made on fandango even though my account is linked

What happened to this app? What happened to the rewards? Can't order food because the click button is not fully exposed so it closes when I try to click on it. PLEASE FIX Also, my veterans military status was denied as you changed your discount to ACTIVE DUTY ONLY . Pretty sad

When it works, it does fine. Somewhat user friendly. Unfortunately most of the time it just spins and spins. It could use some work!
