Everything seemed OK before but recently my transactions don't show in the app or are either double booked. Contacted the customer service and was told to wait for a few days until it was back to normal. This month they've booked the installment on the 1st of October and it is showing in the statement but has not been added to my available amount. They need to get better at this. Really disappointed!
It's okay. The fingerprint didn't work for a long time and now was removed completely, which is annoying. And doesn't look like an app that belongs in the year 2022
I don't understand why certain options are offerred in the app when they actually don't work. For example, Mein Limit + is a useless feature, you apply for it and nothing happens despite the message 'takes 1-3 days' and 'if not approved we will inform you'.
Once you're logged in it's really good - but the login works so badly that I was inclined to only give 2 stars... Login in with the finger print simply stopped working on Galaxy S10 weeks ago and nobody seems to bother to fix that. (And clicking on online on Firefox for weeks now has only led to an empty website...)
Annoying.. fingerprint doesn't work.. when I use the password it shows me that it's loading the app but nothing happens. I cannot pay you back if I can't see the transactions that I made. I asked for a new online pin 3 weeks ago but didn't get any!!!!
Difficult to login the app using finger print on mobile. I always use finger print for all my online banking because I usually don't remember the passwords. The billing statement arrived and I tried to log in using finger print, it wouldn't work. 5 days of waiting new pin and paid for 2€, finally I could see the billing statement. Learn from the mistakes I'll remember the password for this app.
The card is in theory 90 days no interest yet it is set to installment and are being taken interest without you knowing. Called customer service. Horrible customer service. No English, rude and treating you as if you are stupid. No complaint service while asking for manager, no ticket number, no name, nothing, just hanged up. Weeks of waiting for a response,I have even contacted the below email, nothing concludent by now after many follow ups.
App crashes/locks up in Android 11. Fingerprint sensor does not work. Date picker for dob verification is very poorly done for someone over 20years old. This is not a suitable app for anything so serious as online banking.
Very bad experience. Im trying to get code via sms but consors banking app system is unable to send text on my number. Thats why i have no control on my banking Account. Every week its happening.

The bank itself is scammers, customers support 0. Unauthorized payments will not be closed, you don't got your money back, 3 legal cases handed from police department 2 years ago and still waiting my money. Stay away. I bet that they do this transactions and steel from you when you don't ever use the Mastercard.
Very happy with the access and functionality. The layout and clarity of some services can be confusing.
Basically everything is fine, App also support fingerprint identification. But the startscreen is always trying to sell credits. I don't think this is successful - who opens CC-app if he need a loan ?
The transaction shows on real-time and enables the account holder to keep the eyes on both income and expenses. Once by mistake I pressed tge wrong bottun and it sent money to my bank account and didn't know this is choice an account holder can choose when is needed.
The new function is not working. I don't receive a SMS for the SMS-Tan, so I'm not able to log in and I can't use it. I contacted over 4 Times and no response
Registering phone number is not working. I sent an email reporting this issue which is completely ignored! So the whole app is not usable
It's my first time to use this bank consors Finanz and I am very impressed about very thing 😎😁🖒and it's easy to use and they are very flexible too .I am giving them a five star rating 💎💎💎💎💎🤗🖒good works keep it up 😎
Easy to use, clear. I appreciate especially that I, a foreigner in Germany, am able to install and use it without restrictions.
Many Bugs and technical issues in software so by log in to online account, it can't recognize your finger print, so u have again and again ask for online pin and wait 3 days for a new mail... really boring.
Very Bad experience they do what they want and I still waiting for an answer since days.... But of course they took my money already, I will not recommend this bank because of the bad communication with his costumers :(

Well, I ordered a phone from a online store and it only supported this company so, I decided to pay my new phone off through this company and I can say that their service is great but this app is not so great. The fingerprint unlock doesn't always work and sometimes it seems like my informations aren't loading properly. However, it a small issue. I'm just happy that everything else works as it should and that the app isn't crashing on me after the Android 12 update.
