DECREE NUMBER 131

PREAMBLE
We, deputies elected by the sovereign will of the Honduran people gathered in Constituent Assembly, invoking the protection of God and the example of our forefathers, our faith in the restoration of the Central American union and faithfully interpreting the aspirations of the people we he conferred its mandate, ordain and sanction this Constitution to strengthen and perpetuate the rule of law to ensure political, economic and socially just society claiming nationality and conducive conditions for the full realization of man as a human person, within justice, freedom, security, stability, pluralism, peace, representative democracy and the common good.
